I think it works like this: Ioxus will not have the money to pay the historical sales, so cap-xx will not get historical royalties. The new owner will settle for the new produced parts.

Happy to see this trading update, at least it gives us some facts.

Negative:
Clearly impacted by Corona.
Ending year with a loss but even with government funding.
Ioxus played a trick but the outcome of the lawsuit will result in a strong case against the one that bought the assets.

Positive:
enough cash to work on long term strategy and earn the big money.
Looks like they have a unique product to offer since costumers are waiting and not moving to others.

Vanilla, I also think this could improve and I’m really not expect hyping like Elon Musk does. I think that they keep low profile due to strategic reasons but a bit of communication would be a relieve

More than 2 months ago since last rns. Would be nice to get some update. Progress Murata line, covid impact, consequences ioxus and progress lawsuit, new applications and big supercaps... would be at least a 10 minutes interview....

Coming back on my point about electronics sales and quaraintaine:

I’m just back from my daily walking round with our dog and today Is paper picked up form the houses for recycling.... I never saw so much boxes from online purchases waiting to be picked up. A lot was all kind of electronic stuff like tv’s, laptops, coffee machines etc...

Besides this, I talked to a friend of mine who has a business in arranging shipments for webstores (wearewuunder) and he showed me his growth figures in shipments in the last months.

Electronics Stores are closed, factories are closed but sales went on. In short: stocks are empty and they will be filled asap post corona.

Hi OS, I was not aware that we lost Murata. Per my understanding, cap-xx obtained their productionline And thinline costumers but the license agreement has been expanded to battery applications. Still not clear for what purpose. Please confirm if this is also your view or that you have more info.

I think due to corona, people in quarantaine bought a lot of electronics online, think of gaming consoles etc. I bought myself anew phone and new routers for example. Automotive is going bad, but for the rest, let’s see...

Tesla And Maxwell are For sure finding a way to Work out an alternative without using the IP and still have same performance. If this doesn’t work out, they will try to buy. This will not be easy since I think there will be more options Parties interested. Not only automotive. This means they will settle and negotiotate to the rock bottom. If they are smart they will not wait to until the judge decides since that will be the most expensive option. So far my theory
