I suppose the issue will be is that it is unlikely any current holder will buy any shares after today (if the share price stays as it is or moves up) as they are guaranteed a much better price (25p) via this offer.

Will the offer come through automatically via my Halifax Trading account on the 25,000 I currently own?.
I will be taking this up and for the record a rights issue always sounds bad but ain't necessarily so. I did not take up the RR issue last year and regret bailing because the SP hasn't looked back since that rights issue.

I have a Halifax trading account.
I am a holder of 15000 shares.
I topped up today with this fall buying a further 10000 but just got the market price of 28p.
Am I entitled to the discount, if so what is the max that I am allowed to buy and more importantly how can I buy them if not via my Halifax trading account.

ODX - This financial year (April to now ....... not good. Down around £4K)

April 2020 to April 2021.....ODX......Brilliant, I made £16K which made up for a £3K loss that I had by trading RR.

There is no class in talking about your winners JAdam/Heather/Harvey so that is why they go unmentioned. People are in pain on this BB with ODX (including me recently) so nobody wants to hear gloating. However don't underestimate folks on this site, as like me, they may be doing okay elsewhere with other stocks.
