So what are the significant triggers for share price appreciation on a large scale. In no real order.
A contract for the under joint development DU product with 1-3 server manufacturers. This will attract a substantial payment and recurring royalties over many years. 0-9 months.
First 5G appliance sales through integrators 0-6 months.
OEM sales of 5G solutions using Ethernity ACEnic-100 and code. Resulting in orders for more devices. Recurring royalties or income from direct sales.
Results of field trials in China and approval of the UPF and ACEnic-100 used in third party solutions. 0-6 months. Resulting in a possible substantial payment and recurring revenue from sales and royalties.
Partnership with TietoEVRY or Fiberhome delivering a substantial order for joint products into new markets. 0-6 months.
Increased revenue beyond expectation from a combination of the above. Trading update or interim.
Progress in any will double the share price progress in more....

My assumption is that they have already purchased. 3% is what £500k.
We have heard nothing about a holding.

I really don't know how many they may hold. Obviously below 3%. How they would buy because even with the increased liquidity it is not that easy. I would guess between £200k and £1m investment but just a guess.

Regarding Silicom DU it is a product that is independent of the compute. Ethernity are proposing a server with DU inside. It is a far superior product and will be around **% of the cost of DU and compute. It will use CoTS servers and come ready to go.
Once the product is launched I doubt any service provider or integrator will buy separates.

Listen Bid. I know that Ethernity had visitors from the US which during covid is I suggest not an easy thing.
Make of it what you will. I think now that we know that Ethernity are engaged by 3 server manufacturers and many server manufacturers are from the US it makes the information likely. Of course you can just look at the RNS but not me. I know that they were American and I said so at the time.

If I were developing a new product for a near term huge market I would want to secure access to the component parts as soon as it became apparent it was commercial.

Spardun. Interactive Investor is uk residents only along with nearly all the available platforms. Interactive Brokers is a different business and is available to the world excluding Israel, Iran, North Korea and a few other places. I have accounts with both but Interactive Brokers is mine as I am a Greek resident.
The platform tells you nothing, you can't even get a live price without a fee. Trades are often in auction and although you can set a limit it is pointless as it can take several days to execute.

I don't see the relationships like that. Ethernity needs to look at the financial stability of the OEMs and their reach into the market. Ethernity licence their product to the OEMs they will have access to manufacture the product even with Ethernity to upgrade and tweak over the years. When we are talking product lines exposure is short and Ethernity has very low cash burn with products largely ready to go.

The main issue is that the company has to adopt the codes if both exchanges. They get bound up in multiple rules.

Easy to see why foreign investors are limited and Ethernity need a secondary listing. Even harder for residents of Israel as Interactive Brokers exclude them.

Then you are rather limited. I have accounts with ii, HL and IG all a very easy and cheap. However they are in the names of uk residents. I invest through Interactive Brokers and they are shocking. Trades in auction with no control over the price often waiting several days to fill a small order.

The market is a fool but the people who play it all have different ideas, risk levels and attitudes. Taking £10k profit now is nice but I could not then sit out to see that I could have had £1m. Some can just move on but I have committed too much time, built contacts and developed intelligence around this company to sell now.

These things happen. The market is a fool.

DU has several solutions that will work. However it is about cost and accessibility. The DU with Ethernity is in the Central office. It runs on standard CoTS servers. However we are now at the next level with these 3 server manufacturers. The DU will adapt a standard server for plug and play. Ethernity solution has several other options like the router on the NIC. However one solution does not fit all so there will be a range of DU ready servers.

Boris made his mistakes at the first press briefing and the UK people have paid for it since. Lockdown and deaths, years of NHS cuts and poverty rising to the surface.
Ethernity are on a course now with the DU opportunity that totally changes the next 12 months. The UPF 5G will opportunity is huge with major Chinese Telecom making decisions now about what they do in H2 2021.
The DU is another matter, competition is very light and Ethernity has engaged 3 manufacturers to develop a product.
This is massive.
