So which technical analysis shows a week chart. I can see a rising trend on a classic V. Looks very positive to continue the rise upon news.

Others are not mature solutions but require someone to add functionality to the device. Ethernity can do this. Ethernity provide both the SmartNIC and the functionality together ready to go. This will be a winner on Private networks and local networks where size doesn't allow for bespoke applications.
Ethernity has picked their route others have gone a different way. Ethernity will be seeing sales now. Integrators and vendors are in the decision stage now and we can expect advanced sales. Mass deployment is looming, it won't be mass from day one and Ethernity need to stay ahead. However they are best placed and by far the lowest valuation. Makes this a unique opportunity.

Absolutely Dallo. It would not be the best outcome but it would certainly be at IPO+ price. The pressure is building now and some of those big fish will be looking at Ethernitys position and exposure seeing it a quick win. It would be a asset strip for sure but it may well be the outcome. Pressure is definitely building.

This from among ago is worth a reread. The market is huge, the server manufacturers know it. Ethernity are in a unique position with 3 manufacturers engaged at the the request of major European and US service providers. The current (incomplete) offering is being evaluated. The server manufacturers are then working with Ethernity to build a custom solution. Add that to the early drawdown of cash and it starts to look like a major unrecognised development. Certainly here in Israel techies are talking.

Everything is a rumour until the fact is released. However in the stock market we have seen some facts that turn out to be merely rumours. Whole markets have moved on much less.
I can say that I have some faith in this and it does seem to hang together. I think that we will see either an alliance or a push for exclusivity in the near term. £3-5m should get Davids attention if the server manufacturer has significant market share.

The rumour mill here is alive with speculation that the US service provider pushing Tier 1 server manufacturers for a DU product is a very well known household name. I am not going to name them here but if you Google US service providers it's in the top few.
The RNS stated "major European and North American service providers". It seems to me that this has some credibility. Sources untested but they are well positioned.
This was a three way discussion and I am lead to believe that the virtual router will be 100% included.
I have been curious for a while about the relationship of the server manufacturers working together with Ethernity. Apparently they don't and once contracted Ethernity will work with all three independently to custom a full solution.
I can see a huge problem here and I suspect that we'll see one pushing and paying for exclusively on the design win.

Other vendors NIC would be there Ethernity has nothing there. That Cactus and 8 others will be joined to the a central Cactus where the Ethernity power DU would be on a CoTS server.

Whoever it is it will be good if they are connected downstream. Ethernity are in a almost unique position. Most are either upstream or downstream from Ethernity. They may be effectively a nursery for the a system vendor after acquisition. Unlikely to stream into the competition.
They may be effectively an integrator. Not developing their own product but buying in component solutions to build a stack or network.
A chairman connected or engaged below could produce a valuable contact list. Certainly they need someone with a global perspective.

Volume has been very low and no real direction. Tide is out and it is wait for news time. Anything perceived as positive and we'll see big strides.
