aceNIC 100 is apparently extremely competitive and is the only network acceleration device that can house a forwarding router on the NIC in addition to all the other functions.

Really this is a huge tip to Ethernity showing that not only are they 3 years ahead but nothing touches the aceNIC family

Skid the cost of the common server or one from their range will be well known. The solution is joint so I would think that it was agreed back at the start. Ethernity will use a fpga vendor I suspect for mass production. Likely 20000 units over 2 years then 20000 more over 5 years.
I can see for Dell it's one of hundreds of outsourcing components but for Ethernity it's a huge deal. Ethernity need to name these alliances as soon as they can because this is solid gold brand recognition for them.

I remember that it left us wondering why at the time. I guess that they need to prove the flexibility of the product and ease of integration.
Interesting that Dell state that they will be using APIs as a method of connecting systems. I can't think how else they would do it for interoperability but Ethernity design kit is built around the use of API.

I am wondering at what stage we get an announcement about the DU solution with the first of potentially three server vendors.
There must be a defining moment of commercial achievement where Ethernity report.
Incidentally does anyone remember the random piece of news about Ethernity integrating with Wind River. Dell EMC PowerEdge servers run Wind River Studio. This is the combination on the Dell Dish and Dell Vodafone Open ran deployments.

Dell has named it's technology partners that it will engage for Open ran not surprisingly Ethernity are not on it because I believe that this is a single product solution and those named have roles in the deployment. This DU will be a server vendor product with Ethernity inside.

It is and I think they will be lucky to get them under 50p.

My buyer said that they got 30k on Friday but had 45k unfilled. I am sure that they will be back next week and will buy up to 50p aiming ultimately for 500k shares.

Sergi I think that the lack of interest and the void Ethernity are in suggests that they are not doing it right. The UEP update was vanilla at best. Again no details and nothing to project forwards with. No explanation, no detail and no interest.
I think that the market response says it all from what should have been a 20%+ RNS

Interims in 4-5 weeks so we can expect an update on current trading and cash burn. Then 9 months of nothing. That would be a great place for those scheduled quarterly updates

Quality investors will come when Ethernity are profit making and dividend paying but right now they are in the pit with all the others and must fight for attention.
Assume that your audience know nothing and appeal to their values.
I don't care about Ethernity,David Levi or 5g. I just care about taking €1m from this.

The headline for that Information will be "Ethernity expects a substantial increase in revenue" That's absolutely the case so why not spread the message.

Sergi it is absolutely the problem. There's a real lack of quality investors on the AIM. The message needs to be basic. Not about the tech as there's lots of that. Simply about the level of engagement and the potential returns.
It takes years to cultivate business on the old model but that's not the case now with pressure to deploy and products with trial verification.
The message needs to be as simple as that, Ethernity are busy and contracts are likely to follow.

If you don't think that fills the void in what the market really needs to know then that's up to you. I can tell you that the people who contact me just want to know how much and when. They don't care how fast or how small something is.

Kitlow I don't think that the contracts have even started. Nothing from the DU which is the main mass deployment opportunity in the next 12 months. The others are strong in combination but the DU will be $10m-30m a year. $3-10m is nice if we get a few.
In the end the contracts will do the talking but I don't think that they are at that stage yet. If they are then they need to tell the market they are.

The "let the contracts do the talking" line really is where the problem is in my opinion. Fine if you release 2 a month but we get 2 a year. If that's going to change then they need a ReachRNS saying that they are in pre contract discussion with multiple clients and whilst they may not all lead to sales we expect a substantial increase in production orders and sales.
They can specify the areas attracting most attention and why.

I could be 50 before I take €1m out of Ethernity.

Skid unfortunately Marcal type are the majority of sound bite investors.

If Ethernity made sausages we could buy them taste them and decide if it's likely others will like and buy them. They don't make sausages they make solutions for problems we don't have. So they have to fill the gap, paint a picture. Not just for shareholders but many clients won't know that they have choices about how they do this. This is how Nokia and others win contracts. Open seems a bit too difficult. Ethernity need to get the crayons out.

Sergi the IP is a framework, this isn't ASICs. It doesn't need to be protected it needs to be communicated. An example the UEP, this isn't a product it's a starting point for a solution. The more they talk about user cases the more similar absolutely not competing users can link this solution to their problem. No two UEP products will be the same because no two ecosystem will be the same.
Protecting unique patent protected IP is bonkers. How can they sell unless they exploit the user cases.
We should have complete scenarios of deployment clearly laying out the options. Not just for shareholder visibility but for potential clients. We'll see many private networks formed not from IT geniuses but from CEOs using Integrators. These integrators will have the challenge of selling their concept. The more Ethernity say look what we did for customer X the more exposure they get.
Stop being polite and get yourself out there. If they don't need to because they are fully engaged then tell us that's the case.

I disagree and think that's nonsense.
If you always wait for a crumb from the company when they want to feed you then you are a fool. There's plenty of information easily verifiable, if you decide not to look then you deserve nothing in return.
Why leave the company in control of your investment they are simply looking after themselves.

Looking forward is all about speculation, I choose what I believe by testing sources and corroborating information. Ethernity will give you nothing.
Of course it doesn't make any difference to the share price today but investing is not about today.

Sing as chasing shares the rest are still disinterested. It will take a few more buys to squeeze them.

Incidentally the buyer I know is American living in Israel. They are buying through a relative in the UK as it's the only way they can access the AIM.
Implications for tax and the shares won't be in their name on the register. It's crazy really and not what should be happening.
