Bid I agree and I alssee no reason why the directors won't continue to support the share. They have with a salary cut and I suspect that if there is a placing they will maintain percentage. If a few sell now it will be to try to get back in cheaper. I think that we won't see many sold.

Also matty it doesn't sound like anything is set in stone. Just taking their responsibility seriously when it comes to funding the business. $1.5m is a reasonable level to start looking around. I don't think that they will have any trouble raising funds and I don't see any of us losing out on it.

What makes you think that matt. Directors have taken a substantial pay cut with the bulk not deferred. Clearly a loan to the company.

I see nothing wrong with exploring their options. Yes we knew that cash was tight but this company are busy and gaining traction in a developing market. I hope that this isn't a precursor to a lame buyout at a pound or two.

I don't think that any solution is off the table and no reason to assume anything right now. Certainly not before the situation is known about the government scheme. Some dilution will be welcomed by me as I hold around this level and liquidity is a major problem that has prevented this share price increasing. I see nothing to panic about the company are busy they talk of cash flow positive in the near term

Bid agreed. I must admit that is more than double what I was expecting. The real money though is in royalty payments.

Looks to me like a what if scenario has formed a discussion. The government funding is interesting as it will be much better than commercial rates.

Really I think that it's a sensible move at the moment as they are hanging on for a government solution. They are still stating cash flow positive H2 2021 which is not far away. Obviously in the meantime the loss will be decreasing. Once into profit the factors will rise quickly as costs are quite consistent with high margins.

I think that we we really find this share at a crucial point. A small band of Private Investors are probably largely invested or just occasionally adding more. News tends to bring some buyers but many checkout again at a loss because there is no volume to drive it higher. Most long term holders drip feed when the market is quiet.
So this share needs to attract new money.
However the flip side is that there are very few shares available to build a decent holding without driving the share price up.
Interesting times, I see no option other than the share price to rise as the sector attracts interest. Even a global pandemic and economic collapse doesn't seem to challenge this cause.
