My average is just below the current bid and I am very comfortable with that. I plan to buy more but I am in no hurry. Once this event is over one way or another I believe that the share price will recover strongly.

I think that there is no selling pressure because the price is very cheap and the risk of no further funding is zero. No buying pressure because we are in limbo at the moment. No short term money to be made, not much will happen in the next few weeks so what's the hurry.
I will sit and buy on weakness. Not much at 39 so it won't take much to move up.

I think that the US technology gap will become apparent in the defence industry. America will reach out to Israel for solutions. Trump has marginalised their defence industry by shutting doors to superior technology. Israel is their bridge. We'll see a lot more compute in the defence technologies and that means they will need everything that Ethernity dies.

A compelling summary of the benefits. Virtualisation is definitely the way many of these functions will go. Hardware solutions are dead in the water now. Momentum is what we need to piece together deals that amount to volume. We have seen that cards are actually quite high value per unit, certainly more than I thought. The value added is from Ethernity solutions loaded on the card. The products are now numerous and future proof, Ethernity has a complete solution which can be retro added as they advance triggering additional income.
I really like this model and tech will move very quickly now.

I will buy more to maintain my percentage if needs be but as we don't have a defined market size or share: it's a percentage of a notional figure that may achieve a + or -in due course to that notional value.

Thinking aloud that could actually include the directors without offering it to other existing shareholders. That's a strong possibility. It does raise the question though about why David invested on the open market.

The purpose is to allow the directors the ability to offer shares to whomever they see suitable without first offering them to existing shareholders. Leads me to think that they have a interested party who is not a current shareholder. It's a temporary power to remove a limitation that is either in Israeli law or they agreed when they established their business many years ago.
Personally I see it as positive and covering bases.

Looks like the pot is $142m for tech companies that have to raise funds in these extraordinary times. Seems like a reasonable fit.
The application criteria is as we would expect robust but it is really what they have in place already. It's a loan against future royalty or income. If the company fails it is not due back.
I suspect that they would be able to progress very well with $3-4m given the expected increasing revenue. Given the cost of a placing I would expect them to place for £5m.
However I believe that they have several options available with a placing being the last.

Good question but these were future markets and the products evolve. The current attention appears in the UEP but these solutions sit in the background waiting for the market to face the particular problem.
TiComm is another. Two years ago David said the revenue would be $90m then said in five yars that he expects Ethernity to be generating 100m a year revenue.
The reality is that the focus has shifted several times as the market has matured, it hasn't necessarily grown how many expected it to. The volume is definitely looming but the progress is staggered as priorities change.
Ethernity have unique products and being unique thinkers can be a lonely place when markets are still solving problems to arrive at your destination. That is really what is happening here. We are on edge of Ethernity solutions meeting today's problems in some advanced regions. However the broad market is behind and yet to discover Ethernity. It will and I don't think 100m will be far away, maybe it will take a year longer.
This will be a huge dividend generator.

I guess the vBras collaboration must be attracting some interest now. Advantech have many collaborations within their product portfolio.

The appeal is that it is hands off for Ethernity. I didn't realise at the time that it's part of their complete offering as a turnkey solution. It's not a standalone sale.
Edge capacity and solutions will be the next hot topic. China is the place to be now.

I think that they did state that their focus has shifted to the UEP and SmartNIC as that is where the bulk of the enquiries are coming from. The Korean server future market must be looming. I have made many enquiries and I cannot find who it is that are accelerating their servers for the edge using fpga kit from Ethernity. I can say that Korean sales if white box servers are huge and edge is starting to be a part of that.
I really like these deals as they are multiple and require nearly nothing from Ethernity beyond the original sale.
I believe that they will come good and will produce huge revenue but we don't know when.
