Really to make sense of yesterday's rns you have to read it with the original information from the 2018 release. Completing this deal has taken longer than expected but having the finance information from the previous rns it's obvious that this is major income for Ethernity. They hinted at more back then and hint again now so I suspect that there is more in the pipeline.

Sounds like Ethernity are providing most of the requirements for the OLT platform. Hopefully they will get a decent per unit royalty H2 2021. The prepayment and design fee shows the eagerness of the customer to secure the tech.
Margins will be high in this type of work, certainly moving forward near to 100%

I think that liquidity is the key. We are lucky that we can leave money invested that we don't need. Most are borrowing the money somehow either actually or it's money they will need.

How are things in the UK. Is there appetite to invest in anything mid to long term.

Very nice news. A upfront payment helps cash flow and a very big opportunity with what sounds like a significant OEM in a very ******ed market. They will be desperate to catch up and will want to move quickly.
Trump has burnt American bridges with World leading technology and now they are using Israel to access the future that is already present in the East. Ethernity are ideally placed to assist America with the functions that they would normally shop in China for.
We should stay comfortable above 50p but this is just way under value. Much of this work is rinse and repeat and Ethernity can multitask hundreds of these at one time with very little investment.

I don't think so. I think that the US view Israel as a strong allie and want to work with them. I can't think of another Country with the exception of South Korea that has East and west access.

Fiberhome would be from last tear, it's a emerging market and a new product. It may be gaining traction now but as deals go it will be a slow burner. The fitBNG is available to China and India.

Base building is a bit boring but a base just below 40p is being built. Top up time? Maybe a few more.

I think that it depends on timing, what else is going on at the time. How much money is around and the appetite for risk. One thing for sure when people get desperate they make bad decisions and they lack courage when they see a lifeline.
I am don't think that David would consider anything below IPO and realistically it will need to be multiples in my opinion.
A glimmer of huge profits and punters will flock on just rumour. We are in extreme times.

I have attached believe that is a very Conservative target. I want to clear £500000 profit which is somewhere near £5. However if this doesn't get snapped up quickly at £1.30+ then I see it going to very substantial dividend payments.
