Low volume functioning market is a decent start. The artificial red may have convinced some profit taking or swapping out 33p shares for 20p shares. Statistically the MMs are well underwater on the book. 3 buys for every sell declared over the last few weeks.

25k in auction. The biggest auction trade for a while. It would be great to attract some foreign buyers.

+10% I will be very happy with this week. Sustainability is the key to a rerate.

Lots of people keen to make sure that they don't miss out on the cheap shares. The average placing price will end up at around 18.5p. Crazy after the IPO at 130p a couple of years before. The delay in 5G really hit Ethernity hard but they survived and we all got a opportunity for very cheap shares.
Looking forward there is all to play for. Maybe a dozen viable fpga based SmartNIC solutions. Ethernity tested ahead of the two other leading products in China. Ethernity have now broadened the user case to expand their potential market. Engaged OEMs with manufacturing capability and engaged third parties to build solutions with Ethernity tech inside. We need to see more of that globally.
I suspect that a European alliance is on the cards in the near future.

India will be a global supply alternative to China for sure.
Looking at the fpga based SmartNIC builders many are in Israel. Some are from Israel and some like Intel have chosen Israel as their SmartNIC capital.
I am informed that Ethernity have filled some of their vacancies but still have some demanding roles to fill.
The talent is in Israel but it is very competitive. Fortunately Ethernity have their key products delivered, they are currently working on a CU product which is the last part of the jigsaw.
Ultimately as the reach to businesses like the Indian OEM gains volume Ethernity will be exposed to quality talent that they can bring in-house.
Ethernity are so well placed, the next 12-18 months will be transformational.

Ethernity are well placed to feature significantly in the Indian Market with local manufacturing and a local OEM building product using Ethernity tech. Also the recent disclosure that units manufactured in India will be exported globally. This will create a huge generation of cash for very little effort and investment.

Had he tried to raise from a higher level exactly the same thing would have happened. The entire collapse was from a need for ongoing funds and a leaky call for investors, probably over 6 months. I think that they got it right in the situation. The timing was poor from a market view point but the AIM is a circus all the time.
The timing of the evolving 5G market was still in doubt 12 months ago.
I believe that the fund investment was not known about at the placing or they would not have done it. I feel sure that it is a Israeli investor very close to the company behind the fund.
However it makes no difference if you bought shares sub 18.5p which is the average placing price.

Yes true but with some dilution in exchange for cash to be consumed. The share price is a journey not a destination.

A sustainable rise will need to become acustom to each level before moving up. I suspect that we'll be in the 40's over Christmas and New year. Personally I will be super happy with that. In the spring we will get news of initial design kit and deployment sales. These will be field trials.

Good time to buy this afternoon with things quiet. Stock available. I expected sells and a dip this afternoon. Strong indication that despite the rise the short term money is not yet satisfied.
Next week consolidation and a bit more up.

I think that the user cases for ACEnic-100 has surprised many. It's the engine for most of the products and is interchangeable amongst solutions and can be easily adapted for specific roles. This means that Ethernity have a very broad appeal. The small niche solutions are a thing of the past as functions join together.

I suspect that we'll see a few sells this afternoon. Personally even if I were short term I would be sitting tight right now but itchy finger Friday is contagious.

Interesting that we have seen now three times in two days double tap sales. 25k, 17.5k and another similar amount. Too quick to be on the same platform so running two sells on different platforms side by side. Seconds apart on execution identical amounts.
May even be a autobot function.

My holding is a modest 275k shares. My third parties between them 225k so combined a nice round number. I have bought in very small chunks on quiet days. The cheaper it got the more I bought. I have one portfolio at 15.6p average and overall 26.something. My clients are all in paper profit and all long term.
My other investments are various sizes and work on percentages of turnover. Some do very well, some are covid affected, none are in the UK. Southern Europe mainly and two in Israel. I own 10% of a barbershop for another 3 years, 15% of a vegan food shop for 4 years. I get a good return on investment. They get cash, expertise and a full risk assessment of their business in their environment.
I have some failures but very few and largely they are circumstances change post Investment.
I am in Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Italy, Malta and Spain.

My Ethernity investment will I believe comfortably make me €1m that's my stage one goal.

I left the stock market several years ago. I invest in people now. I invested here in David Levi because it was the only way to back him.
This is the only share I hold but have multiple other investments in people.
A hotel, several bars, a casino and a handful of shops. People with energy and talent who lack the funds to begin.
David Levi was identified to me by a friend in 2015 and I spent a while watching before investing January 2018.
He didn't need funding but ticked boxes for me and in many ways so I broke my rules to return to the stock market.

Yes but recognising which is in control explains what is to come next. The biggest task now is retaining your shares. As the plus money grows so does the risk of losing it to unexpected events.
I have been here before and every time I have sold some into profit and regretted it. I have never chased a share up, I also buy on a falling trend.
So if you are sat on £200k profit what do you do?

Fear and greed rules the market at the moment. Fear of losing some profit fear of missing out. Greed takes no explanation.
Keep emotion out of investing and look at the tech, the market and the products. The share price will float for sure.
