28.5/29.9 not many shares at available at 30p. It won't take much to reverse yesterdays check back. The share price movement is a classic rising trend. The rise will continue towards 40p.
I ended up getting some shares yesterday into my Luxembourg account but it was really messy in multiple tiny trades. Still only one commission so no stress.

Anything negative here will be very short lived. Plenty of energy behind the share and plenty of headroom ahead into rising revenue, cash profit and multiple increases as markets open for Ethernity.
I have no fear for the trend to it's firmly up and will pick up the line.

Must be a big sell somewhere as many more buys than sells. Eventually my small buy went through in 9 chunks, one just 4 shares. Some not showing just £700 showing. Clearly lots going on off the board.

Predictable price movement after the rise. Plenty of buys against sells.

If they are it's too late to draw the funds as most are 5 business days.

Worse I bought 108 shares.

So from my £2700 auction buy I spent £108 @ 30p. If stock is not available why the drop.

I will take a few today in auction if they let me.

"The Warrants have an accelerator clause. The 20p Warrants will vest if the closing mid-market share price of the Company exceeds 30p over a 5-consecutive day period within 12 months of Admission. The 30p Warrants will vest if the closing mid-market share price of the Company exceeds 40p over a 5-consecutive day period within 12 months of Admission. The Company may serve notice ("Notice") on the Warrant holders to exercise their Warrants in the event that the vesting criteria is met. In the event the Company serves Notice, any Warrants remaining unexercised after 7 calendar days following the notification of the Notice will be cancelled"
The warrants will vest whether the company serves notice or not. The 7 days is about the cancellation of unused warrants. The process is set in stone. I don't that there will be many left in 7 days. Not enough to offer on economically I am sure.

I can't see why we'll see selling from those. I would have thought that they would have already have sold shares knowing that they were coming if that were the game. Not many short termers take part in a placing watch the shares almost triple without selling.

It's not a option for ENET it is a obligation. They will call in the warrants to settle they have no choice. The warrants will vest and they have 7 calendar days from now to complete.
I suspect that nearly all will take the appropriate action.

MMs running it down on no volume.

I see that Dasan of Korea are using Ethernity data plane acceleration technology in the Dasan MEC solution.
Huge group in Korea. The have a SDN/NFV solution a field in which Ethernity lead, I suspect that there will be further work ahead. Terminology is very familiar and "Ethernity" like. Korea is a advanced and tough market.

Feels like a Friday afternoon with short term money getting out for the weekend. Less than an hour to survive to tip the countdown to the end of the 20p warrants.
At the moment no real reason to buy immediately and no reason to sell unless strapped for cash. Certainly no trading opportunity and a very real risk of being shut out. The MMs will happily take whatever they can here.

It is crazy but right now the share is getting used to its new skin. Stretched from 10-17m it takes a breather to settle down before moving up. It is a process and cannot be hurried sustainably.

Level 2 is in a holding position and won't move easily.

The tide is very much out today. Volume back to September levels. Sit and wait time now. I suspect that we'll see 30-40 over Christmas and New year. January will make it "this year" rather than next for the start of mass deployment. It will start small but by the end of 2021 we'll see volume and a strong increase in Q4.
As the rewards will be substantial I will be waiting and topping up on opportunity

Indeed Bid it is starting to react the way we knew it would. It was just a matter of time. Now the share price has sector momentum to ride on. The share price will rise news or not through the next 6 months into mass deployment in China.

I am starting to research India now and finding the barriers to entry high and almost impossible without a Indian manufacturing partner. Ethernity will do very well in India 2021 onwards. The ethos is different to China, the challenges greater and the competition so far much lighter.
