I dont know who is advising SA but I have told him before he has been badly advised and obviously that is still the case, also I dont think the NED's are fit for purpose. I dont know if its arrogance or ignorance but something needs to change, we ned a NED who is a PI who will ask the tough questions.

Aquae, no, PG is talking about H1 25, if you read Elrics piece on 29/3 he clearly states that investors are questioning Ashman’s credibility re audited accounts despite what the rns says. So he has obviously told Elric H1 was audited.

pg, please stop. the rns clearly states “unaudited” do you honestly believe that the nomad and bod would have signed off on that if it wasn’t true, it’s a serious offence. h1 was unaudited, fact, and if sa told elric they were he could be in very deep ****.

You could quite easily find out the FY & HY dates, but you choose instead to write a post which probably took you twice as long as it would have done for you to get the relevant information on the internet to answer your own questions. Plus if you “seem to do OK without knowing these dates” why are you so interested in them anyway?

Net, it's not about being on the ball, its basic research. If you dont know when HY & FY is due, you shouldn't be investing in shares.

Bazza, the TR1’s are the responsibility of the person buying/selling the shares. I know soh has been tardy in the past, but seeing as we have only had one, would suggest it isn’t any holder over 3%.

Shy, I know of at least three investors who plan to drive up, come hell or high water (one is from Latvia), the only thing that will stop them is what is in the FY results.

Josh, if they had a major contract win it would have to be rns’ immediately. Why do some investors believe that sbtx BOD have this god given right to make the rules up as they go along.

Just a point on opti selling, if they are (which I dont think they are) they will also have to issue a TR1, as MD goes through a % so will opti.

When is a launch not a launch, when sbtx announce it! I'm done with excuses Aquae, we haven't had updates because they have underperformed, we get “performing in line with management expectations” yet investors dont know what those expectations are, so no accountability can be attached.

Aquae, Modi launched in Feb 24, I think we would have known well before now. Along with the fact we had revenues of £1.7 million in the first two months of H2 then had a catastrophic drop off in the last four months, had a monumental revenue miss but ended up with loads more cash than we should have, suggests I haven't got the first clue as to what is going on at sbtx!
