Aquae, I agree with what you are saying. My problem is we have been receiving revenues for just short of one year and any material or price sensitive information which may impact on the share price must be relayed to the market without delay, aka, immediately. As of today we have received at least four payments, Dec 24, March 25, June 25, Sept 25, which will all add up to a material or non material amount (I wont get into accrued royalty payments).

So my problem is this, we have two scenarios.

1, Zenakine is huge, everyone is waxing lyrical about it, from SA to Croda, we have NDA’s, no-one is allowed to know anything because its this blockbuster new ingredient that will change the face of cosmetics and is a Swiss army knife and will do the job of five or six existing products and we already have circa 600 formulations and VIP’s have had it over two years, etc, etc.

2, Zenakine is ok, its had a few sales its rolling out slowly and sales are building gradually but not material.

Scenario 2 would explain why we have had no rns regarding sales, but we have all been lead to believe scenario 1 is in play. So as far as I see it, sbtx have and continue to, either flout/break the rules or we have been fed a huge amount of bull and have been lied too.

PG, I have no interest in any trade secrets or formulations (even though formulations are in the public domain and everyone knows exactly what it does as Croda have been shouting about it for 8 months)). My only issue with the NDA is simple, it cannot stop you abiding by rules and regulations on revenues. On being astute, thats your call, makes no difference to me.

But let's just look at your “fact” that Croda clients would have insisted on an NDA. My understanding is that SBTX has signed an NDA with Croda, thats it, so what do you mean exactly, are you suggesting that every client that buys Zenakine from Croda make Croda sign an NDA?

As you can see Mark Dixon still owns a big wad of Triad PLC. He appears to hold longer and larger amounts than either me and Dustbin.... But we all seem to have gone via the same route into various companies. Normally I go for TINY market caps compared to either profits or cash pile. I think SBTX is an exception to our rule. I'm guessing we all think Zenakine is worth a lot more than the market thinks. Below is Mr Dixon's Triad shares:

Aquae, yes, Axisbiotix is a fantastic product. But I would like to take you up on your Superdrug point.

I dont agree that Superdrug wouldn't have happened without Dermatonics, allegedly Superdrug and Boots where fighting over us. Even if they weren’t, you can get shelf space in Superdrug stores, especially if they "wanted" us due to the excitement around the microbiome as we have been told.

Axisbiotix has been launched for over four years, I have had numerous discussions with the co regarding pricing (to high), marketing (rubbish), packaging (rubbish), but it all fell on deaf ears. Superdrug should have been jumped on years ago if that was the plan, but it wouldn't have been that way if they had took some advice onboard. I would have had Axis flying by now without raising £4m, four years later. The offer was there, it still is.

R55, it wont end badly as Croda are full steam ahead and if we are to believe the hype it will be a blockbuster. If that is indeed the case I think we should get back to focusing on what we were floated for, selling black box IP. We have been told there are many opportunities with our tech, so I would suggest the following.

Sell Derma/BTS (share buyback with funds)

Superdrug is done so cant be unwound but we can forget all this capex on machinery for chewing gum machines etc.

Leave Axis to plod along until we get a MN to take it on.

Cutback on PLC costs.

Focus on selling the IP.

Turnover's vanity, profit is sanity, cash is a matter of fact.

but it should be, how long does it go on for, we have been receiving royalties for nearly 12 months. how long will you make excuses for, where does it end aquae? will he be inside forever? does transparency mean anything at this company? it’s not like we have been discussing this for a couple of weeks, it’s a **** show.
