You won’t be surprised for me to say that I agree with your rational analysis of the RNS. The mistake you make is thinking that this is a BB for rational discussion. It isn’t. It’s the Avacta fan club.

Good RNS undoubtedly. But as usual the rampers are misrepresenting it. The 6103 update is based on AI modelling not actual results from the first dosed patient IMHO

To the spiteful few: why can’t you conceive that many folk on here can afford the good things in life: nice homes, cars, holidays, good food? If we weren’t comfortably off we wouldn’t have spare cash to bet on Avacta. If you aren’t as fortunate then I truly wish that your Avacta shares will get you there in the not too distant future.

Anyway health and family are far more important so I will get back to mine and leave you to yours.

You really need to beware of Aldebaran and the like. They know very well my position. I hold over 100k of shares at about 83p average purchase price. I did no buying or selling during the 2-3 year drift down from over 200p to 27p despite constant encouragement on here by the rampers urging me to “fill my boots”, “ it will never be this cheap again”, “takeover next week “ and the like But I did buy a chunk at 30p which allowed me to reduce my average cost. So I didn’t wait for the mythical 10p. But it suits some folk on here to exaggerate what has been posted and bully and undermine others of us who have a more rational and cautious approach to investment.

As to the difference between painting the best possible picture of progress and lying, you only have to look at what was said during the LFT debacle to make your own judgement. Aldebaran will no doubt say CC is different.

But the rampers like an argument so they conveniently forgot that.

Scouring Avacta website will improve your knowledge but bear in mind that CC’s job is to paint the best possible view of things. This BB magnifies that by further inferences and at its worst predicting ludicrous short term events based on nothing other than wishful thinking.

I urge caution at this point it would be unwise to “bet the farm”. But as part of a diversified portfolio then obviously Avacta is worth a small punt.

One last suggestion is to take your favourite poster and have a look at what they posted a year ago; two years ago; etc. Did their ludicrous predictions come true then? What was the SP then?

In case you are genuine and not a rampers stooge, you should also look at competitive treatments. BV says 10x cheaper than ADC’s. But ADC’s are chasing a cure, rather than remission.

DYOR do not rely on this BB or the Avacta website to give you a balanced view of this as an investment prospect. The rewards, especially of drugs further along the pipeline delivering other warheads, could be staggering but it isn’t a slam dunk quite yet.

I understand why they might want to do it. And yes it will increase their funds because it’s printing money in the same way offering new shares on LSE is. But it has to be done at the right time and it will involve dilution. Anyway what proportion of Avacta market cap do you think would be appropriate to list on NASDAQ.

AVCT. In what way am I lying. Tell me how we can list on NASDAQ and avoid dilution? A listing on NASDAQ isn’t just a US shop window to buy existing shares. We have that already. A NASDAQ listing has to be underwritten by separate market capital to the UK listing.

Just check things out before slinging around your spiteful bile. Or in this case just showing your ignorance.

What Tim means is if sales (not sellers) outstrip buys (not buyers) then it’s a “buyers” market because the “float” is too high , so price comes down to encourage more buys.

Laws of supply and demand. Simples.

But yes sellers holding out for a higher price does indeed force the price up.

Normally an amount of capital has to be allocated to the NASDAQ listing. Anything less than 50% is pointless. So someone has to stump up this money and this entails substantial dilution.

And before the knockers start: yes i know that there are other fancy ways of doing it such as reverse takeovers etc but they still need significant funding which equals dilution.
