Yeah everybody is happy that PIs weren’t offered shares at 63p with no buying fees. Especially those that then bought at 65p+ this morning.

And why was there a rush to get the money? It couldn’t have been to please the auditors so they would be able to sign off the accounts as a going concern, because despite misgivings by the FUDsters, the knowledgeable well seasoned investors on here have been assuring us that we wouldn’t need an offer because a deal would be struck “next week”.

Open your eyes “sheep”. The rampers only want you to throw away your hard earned cash unnecessarily just like they have over the past 3 years. Think how much you’d have now if you’d invested that money in Nvidia just like CJ62 did.

Time to analyse your investment more rationally.

I am surprised that this has been actioned before FPD announcement for AVA6000.

Also slightly concerning that enrolment continues for AVA6000 when we were given to believe P1 would end in 1H26.

Yes the offer is good but I suspect not low enough price given that we’ve learned that AVA6000 is still enrolling and more importantly AVA6103 data read out is late 2H26.

Yep. AVA6000 FPD was announced in an RNS but AVA6103 almost certainly won’t be due to ongoing negotiations and an NDA in place.
