Now is just not the right time to invest with some form of fund raise on the horizon even if only for a NASDAQ listing.

I am not greedy. It doesn’t matter to me if my investment is worth £500,000 or £750,000.

No one can dispute your “calculations” and I never have. Why don’t you concentrate more on understanding why your valuation is so much higher than the current SP. That would be far more useful.

Similarly a NASDAQ list will require significant dilution. Icecool doesn’t care about this but spends a lot of time calculating potential Mkt Caps and gets irritated if someone suggests it’s half his figure, which may well be the result of any useful NASDAQ listing.

And finally I am pleased that you are buying at current SP. I am not because I have an investment and I am not greedy and more importantly I am expecting a diluting event before Q3 starts.

Are you thick or something? You got told last time that Mkt Cap is just a multiplier of SP. Of course that multiplier changes each time Avacta issues more shares. It’s called dilution for a reason!
