And for good measure I cannot remember posting on here that AVA6000 doesn’t work. It obviously does, for the umpteen reasons people are continually posting on here. But how well does it work? That’s what we need to have confirmed.

I love it. For those who don’t, a central theme of the plot is that Clark Griswold has been waiting months in high anticipation of his annual bonus check. The company has done well and the expectation is the bonus will be higher than last year. He is going to build a swimming pool with the money. The tension mounts in the countdown to Christmas and finally to make matters worse the envelope is delivered late. Clark’s family gather round for the news. Is the check(sic) as large as expected, is it larger?

Anyone who thinks there are any folk on here that are paid to ramp or deramp are juvenile. Nothing anyone on here posts makes an iota of difference to the SP. Any real info is already in the public domain

I’m not saying it doesn’t work. Just that maybe there is something in the physiology of humans that isn’t in mice that means something may need to be tweaked to get decent efficacy

Maybe there is an additional reaction in humans.

Maybe FAP isn’t strictly limited to the immediate tumour area.

Maybe dox release isn’t linear and a bigger dose of AVA6000 is needed to trigger the process.

I don’t f*cking know. But something is holding the SP down.

Forget all the stuff about take over talks and licensing deals neither of which are reasons to delay publication of trial data.
