Portoly, you dont mention VOLZ production in your figures. They will also be doing 5m per month imo. And there will be others in the uSA for example where the mask will be needed in mass quantities.

My ONLY worry is the bod, not the demand for the product.

I have emailed John Richardson at RMS. The TOTAL DELAY is 1 month. They have never expected sales of the masks to begin before December. Now they are saying January.

1 Month ! how much do they need for 1 effing month ! it is ridiculous and imo totally corrupt.

My only comfort is that they know the sp is going to explode and that is whay they are trying everything to get more cheap shares. They cannot get away from the FACT they said in NOVEMBER, NO NEED FOR FUNDS and now with a 4 weeks delay they suddenly need funds.

The SP will rise, I have no worries there, it is just these parasites will want another bite at the cherry first. They are not fit for purpose and certainly NOT acting in the interests of shareholders.

Here is the problem with this share. The BOD are either blatanly lying or just completely hopeless.

On 11th November in the update they said they expected sales of the masks to be available in December.

On 12th November they killed speculation of a fund raise by saying they had raised £900k in warrants so NO NEED FOR FUNDS. (conveniently this helped push the SP up whilst the directors were selling their shares).

16th November, update, still no need for funds mentioned.

26th November, Machine delay announced, Mask sales now expected to begin in January. No mention of funds needed.

Today. Mask production STILL expected to start in January. However, they now say (after TB and JR have cleared their stock) we may need funds to cover the delay which they knew about on 26th November.

All of the above in just 4 weeks !!!!!

Absolute crooked as fooook and needs explaining. I am behind calling for an EGM as these guys are clearly not fit for purpose. IMO.

No Placing, they have £700k in the bank. That financing coment was purely to open the door for TB and PR to take their warrants at 1.4p. Nothing more. They can more £££'s into the company and get their shares back on the cheap.

Factory Acceptance Testing of the machine is due to take place later today, alongside this testing there will also be a batch of masks produced for certification purposes. The mask is being certified to the EN14683 standard.

The Company will provide updates as appropriate including in relation to today's Factory Acceptance Testing process.

this is a massive company in the making. I would bet they are producing 20m masks per month by end 2021 with partners. When you get a company like this you are always going to get shennanigans at the outset to feed the city greddy effers like tb. Just ride with them and make the big money.

as i said a few days ago and got questioned... the only certification outstanding in MEDICAL CERTIFICATION and they cannot get this until they produce from their own machine. That is what will not come in a matter of a few days.

It is all good. And if they do raise funds it will only be a small amount to cover the short delay costs, but really so TB can get back in on the cheap. You have to ride with these people or you lose.

Whilst P2F remains confident that indicative demand is above P2F's maximum production capabilities, RMS expects sales to be a maximum of 1.5m masks in January and 2m masks in February 2021 reflecting the above production expectations. The Company expects to be in a position to convert this demand into firm orders following certification and installation of the production line.

So demand higher then 5m per month once production is underway !
