More positively, the Company believes that many P2F projects can be accelerated with additional resources. Similarly Gyrometric and Cloudveil's business plans can be accelerated with focused investment. The Board will evaluate and rank such opportunities and look to apply the placing proceeds to the most compelling projects.

If you dont need cash just sit it out, all the nonsense will disappear when the company decide the time is right for the sp to rise. It's as bent as a nine bob note but IMO is exactly what is going on. These are the type of companies that should be investigated but also exactly the type of whose sp can to 1000% in days.
