Funding Update
The Company has noted speculation regarding a possible fundraising by the Company. The Company has as previously announced both settled its convertible loan note debts and completed the admission, following exercise, of all outstanding warrants save for a remainder of 10,000,000 warrants or 0.64% of its issued share capital following Admission of the Warrant Shares. The Company has thereby raised additional funds in excess of GBP900,000 via recent warrant exercises. As such the Directors do not foresee any current need to raise further funds.

Now even higher level of 'rumour' are flying around so surely they will also respond to that as they actually started the rumour themselves !

Now for the good news flow to start, positions taken, starter gun ready. Corrupt as frook but ready to go now.

Pharm 2 Farm Update and other matters.
Remote Monitored Systems plc, announces the following updates in respect of its holy owned subsidiary, Pharm2 Farm Limited ("P2F").
Gareth Cave has lost his voice.
The report indicates certain areas of his voice require refinement prior to speaking, including the process by which the voice is adjusted for Trevor Browns input levels. These adjustments are expected to be completed during the next week alongside the final voice finishing work which excludes all talking about anything positive.
Delivery of the voice box machine to Nottingham
In order to accommodate the adjustments noted above we been have advised of a further slight delay to the delivery of the positive voice box. The finished voice box will be ready to depart Tricky Trevors premises on 24(th) December 2020, the date of arrival in Nottingham is not known as the directors do not know how far Dr Cave can throw his voice but is anticipated around the 6th January when Tricky gets his millions from the BRH dividend.
The Company expects to provide a further update on his master voice once the voice box has been commission and is operational in Nottingham.
Also the company would like to report that John Richardson is having a great laugh at shareholders expense

The BOD can't do any more now to drive the sp lower. They have now stated the machine is setting off to Nottingham on 24th Dec. It is not their fault that they cant work out how long it takes to get to Nottingham, they are not that clever. Total miles and MPH etc is beyond their capabilities.

So we know it is being modified to take a thinner filter layer so the 5 ply can get passed, we know that process will be finished within the week and we know that production is STILL mid Jan.

So from here on in we should have some blue days imo.

Sharebel, I fully understand why you have chosen to sell. However in my opinion you fallen exactly into the trap that Brown has set for PI's which is, **** them off enough and they will sell. Someone is buying all of these cheap shares in the face of the constant BOD bulls**t rns's. A new director has been appointed at P2F who has sales channels into the nhs. You have not informed shareholders of this.

I know you will say P2F are not a listed company etc, etc and you do not HAVE to rms this. But the fact is this is important information for shareholders and you could announce it if you wanted to. You are just choosing not to.

Why is it that the bod of RMS appear to not give a hoot about informing shareholders?

After recently saying there was no need for funding and now apparantly there is. On top of the "we are not selling our shares (TB and PR) then they sell their shares, what trust can there be in the BOD?

Why are you allowing this to happen to your compaNy SP? It is plainly obvious the vast majority of shareholders have no trust left in Trevor Brown and Paul Ryan. Why are you not acting on this and trying to restore confidence.

You mention the lack of the income from mask sales in December but you have never had mask income before so how much are you saying you need in order to cover this delay?
