We know the news flow will now start to be positive, we know we will order more machines, invest in Gyrometric and Cloudveil. We know Gareth will get production cracking next month, we know we will be making millions of masks per month. We know we only had a 30% dilution for £5m. Onwards and upwardsfrom here.

now traded, could get to 400m befroe eod. Fantastic, just wait now for the news to start to flow. More machines ordered, delivery of first one, production, 5 ply mas passes test, gyrometric investment, cloudveil progress, 2021 all set up for a superb year.

but, has anyone ever seen a placing where the warrants issued alongside the placing shares were for such a short period? These are 3 months. I wonder if that is an error, should be 3 years?. If so the placing will have to be pulled and redone at a later date. That would result in a massive spike in the SP as everyone forward selling now would have to buy back. Seen it happen before at Tomco energy.

If some of tha cash is used for that then I have no issue with the 30% dilution.

excellent point. Gareth Caves 'bigger boat' is obviously bigger than we expected. I am banking on at least 3 more machines and 20m masks per month.

Oversubscribed placings do not normally fall to placing price. 150m traded allready today, this share is too poular to go that low. Only 400m issued and many to long termers.
