The biggest issue here is the BOD have not given any reply to Gareth, refuse to cooperate, and have not given any reason for the need for the £5m never mind the £8m potential from the warrants.

Including the placing shares there are 1.983b in issue, over 315 supporters for Gareth now will be at least 600m imo plus his own should take him to around 50% of the total in issue. More than enough to win any vote as the total votes will be nowhere near 100% of the total in issue.

It would be interesting to see the placing document that all participants would have had to sign, if there is any sniff of a get out clause it will unwind. Anyone have a copy?

the placing shares dont hit the market until wednesday, so IF it is cancelled they have tomorrow to unwind positions. Not saying it will be, just watching with interest. I would bet RMS say nothing again tomorrow.

it would come as no surprise to me if tomorrow we get a placing cancelled announcement and today was all about lettting tricky and ryan and co unwind themselves hence the massive later reported trades leaving the pi's who took part to carry the big losses when they have to buy back. Lets see.
