Surely Richardson should resign for this? He sanctioned it without permission and Gareth is not even a director of RMS so why was his name added at all? This has to be answered by the BOD.

well as an average when i was counting this morning I had 13 holders and 30m shares so the average was 2.3m each.

You should use every last bit of self respect you have and cancel the placing.

You have clearly acted disgracefully by adding Dr Cave's name to the rns without his permission and then did the placing without telling him.

Do you have any morals? If so then use them now and let shareholders know you support Dr Cave and cancel the placing.

The implications of this are not known yet. IMO some of the clever ones who took part in the placing are covering their backs buy buying back right now. Others will be totally unaware of what is going on as it is not an official rns. They wont even have seen it.

Wait until the company reply, which they surely have to. It will go nuts.
