Mike, be very careful, look at the last 4 placings, each one more than double the shares in issue. 777m in the last one still being churned. Tomco is a placing machine. A long time to wait here before it rises imo.

Just checked my facts... Got it wrong. in 2017 Tom had 2.8b shares in issue and consolidated to just 22 million.
Since then (without a single penny in commercial income) they have placed, placed, placed, placed etc etc to get back to 1.5 billion shares in issue. So in actual fact to complet eht cycle they could easily place a further 1.3billion beofr repearting the exercise. They need a few more good stories to get it done but they are brilliant at it.

Tomco are a cash cow for greenfield. Nothin more. Greenfield need $186m to build a plant, that is approx approx 30 times current tomco market cap.

Tomco has gone from 1.4b shares in issue down to less than 100m through consolidation and back to 1.5b in issue without making a cent in commercial income.

What makes anyone think this rinse and repeat pattern will change. It has been like this for over 10 years. One thing Tomco is brilliant at is raising money from aim. One of the best. It deos really well for the placees who make a decent 5 to 10% every time.

The vaccine is irrelevant to the mask. The thing we need here is an update. We have 2 a pathetic bod who dont give a rats ass about the shareholders. Every holder BAR NONE should be emailing the bod here info@remotemonitoredsystems.com and DEMANDING an update after their actions. I Personally have emailed asking for Trevor Brown and John Ryan to resign. They are a disgrace.

I really dont get it. Masks and Vaccine are here to stay. The world needs both. Anyone who thinks having a vaccine affects the wearing of a virus killing mask in the nhs is just plain stupid.

Do you really think people will stop wearing masks ?
Do you know how many people are in the UK alone?
Do you know how long it will take to vaccinate all of them?
Do you know how many will refuse the vaccine?
Do you know how long it gives immunity?
Do you know if it works against new strains?
Do you know if there are side effects?
Would you volunteer for it?

Come on, seriously there are so many unanswered questions. A mask cannot give you any side effects. I know what I prefer and I am 57 yrs old. No vaccine for me personally, just a covid killing mask for when I travel or go somewhere busy. Other than that I am careful like always.
