IMO, this is the start of the new BOD at rms, this new guy with sales channels into the nhs will take tricky trevers place soon.

Wht rms have not rns'd something as important as this is again a bit dodgy. Maybe trev is using some of his cash from IQIA sales and Braveheart divi to buy inro rms before announcing the new bos member/pharm2farm director and orders whic h will multibag rms once again.

the rush to buy will be 9th and 10th dec.

all that is happening for the next few days is the buyers are taking advantage of the different opinions on the sp value less the divi. Some will think 15p and will sell accordingly, some will think 16, 17 etc, etc and will sell on the small daily rises. Meanwhile those who think the sp will be pretty much unaffected on the 11th will be buying on the anticipation of good news on the test etc, etc.

TB will pull something out to send the sp up. Mark my words.

im not thinking they will drop 42p, that is just silly talk from people wanting in cheaper. It is a crazy thought. The business is paying a divi, do all shares that pay a divi automatically fall back by the same amount ? no way. The fact is news will come on the test etc and yes it may drop a bit and then again dependent on news flow it might go up.

yes, paid 6th jan to those on the register on 11th dec. Pretty straight forward.

The Company intends to pay the Special Dividend on 6 January 2021 to Braveheart shareholders on the register on 11 December 2020..

If you sell on the 10th you will not get it.

never heard so much baloney in my life. Just because TB made a big bag of money you assume he is packing in. People like him want to make another big bag. Wether you like how he did it or not (i dont) it is simple, he made money and is paying a divi, a lot of which goes to himself.

After this is done the business is exactly the same, still has all the investments, still has cash in the bank, still has potential for the test to be massive and still has the potential to invest in the next big thing. The Sp will imo be around 35p after the initial sell of on the first day of trading after the 11th and then with good noews on the test people will be talking £1+ again.

Anyone telling you the sp will be 8p, 10p etc is simply trying to shake peopl out for the money men to buy the shares up. 42p is free money.

it says in the results that the test is going ahead and will be ready early next yr. Wht would you make up a scenario that says they have dumped it ?

Why would they need to do an rns to say they are dropping the test if they are not dropping the test?

with only 36m in issue and TB holding 25% i am not sure where people think the big drop is going to come from? You may even find it will go up.

DT wont let it drop to pennies on the 12th, you watch, he will make further announcements. I dont like him too much but you have to follow the money and so I have bought in. The sp was 36p well before they got the RMS cash. Getting that cash they way they did raised eyebrows and so the sp did not react. It was seen as a dodgy deal.

So now you have a 100% profit if you held yesterday. The sp will drop on 12th yes but maybe back to 35p area

So you buy a share today for 50p, you get back 42.75p in dividend and still own the share? The company is no different to how it was before they banked the cash from rms sales. So why are people saying the sp crashes after the 11th dec? any ides?

with Trevor Brown on the BOD still along with Paul Ryan we are struggling without news. These people should no longer be anywhere near the BOD. I hope Gareth Cave is plotting their downfall.

all that is happening is that shares are being transferred from the weak holders to those prepared to wait for the news flow on orders, production etc to start. Not many have patience on AIM but loads look back and wish they had.
