DA, just listened to it again - CH at ProActive, 9 mins in, 15/2 the day before the 16/2 Calculus event - responding, CH says that Scancell is undervalued with a lot of headroom and exciting things going on. He then says, looking forward, the value of the potential to be realised in the near to medium term. Not 'very' as you later said. Just to clarify, whilst 'near' IS mentioned it's modified by 'to medium' in his comments. So no. CH did not actually commit to 'near' itself.

And going back to Thursday 11.48 on CH's Calculus words a day later, I commented: ''2CV, I don't think CH talked at any point about VERY NEAR or NEAR monetization of assets although comments to that effect have been mooted here before.

2CV and DA - I'm glad that this has been discussed - boring though it may be. Might WE we have enhanced what CH actually said with a touch of our impatience and enthusiasm. Understandably so - it's been a long haul . .

In the cold light, I reckon CH signals 'near' in the context of 1-2 years. Important to get this clear IMO - if only because some warriors over 'there' will vilify the poor fellow for breaking a commitment in due course.

And they would not be right IMHO.

Anyway the latter half of that equation would be the 1-2 years CH mentioned and he seems to define 'near' as 2 years.

In CH's intro, he talks about the ''development cycle'' leading to ''juncture of commercialisation of key assets'' and expects ''interactions with a number of Pharmaceutical partners'' OVER THE NEXT YEAR OR TWO.

Ray/Berm thanks for that insight into JCAR017 and great news for the Patients of course. So Juno's science is looking 'proven' and I guess they'll be able to attack other targets in time. I wonder what the progress is at 'Kite' and Innovio? We conclude that CAR-T is working well in a few applications but it's a lengthy process and expensive - still, look at the Mcaps showing in that bunch !

Keytruda in Combo with 'Alimta' and Chemo :-

Wise words if I may say so . .

The point being that there might be only 100, 200, or ? people in the World in total that DO understand this SCLP science. Maybe because they are absorbed in something else ? Just an idea. The next set ot trial indications may or may not, focus some more minds to have a closer look. Then CH may thrust it hard down their 'consciousness'. (I had another word in mind).

Moving on, I'm sure CFC, TUFC, and Burnley would all pay tribute to the now departed Jimmy McIlroy. I saw him play a few (but C7, you would be too young). A great Footballer indeed.
