BUT, I believe that the Karolinska do actually review/judge Nobel Prize nominations in this field ?

I've been babbling for years about Prof. Lindy and the Nobel - even suggesting she might get 2 in due course - that's probably against the rules on reflection.

I disagree with you completely - yet again you show an over-developed aptitude for the negative. IMO if any deal is dependent on a Patent being published, it's as likely as not that there is further legal work to do before completion.
