What will the Keytruda dosing regime be in this SCIB1 combo. A fixed dose of 200mg for Adults who after all, may vary from 50 to 100 KG + seems odd. Surely those 50KG would be likely to suffer more side effects than the 100KG if given the same dosage ?

Would not the minimum to give good efficacy, be the dosage, rather than the same for all weights and come to that, states of health. That might be based on 2mg per KG. We'll see.

The excellent news that the SCIB1/Keytruda combo is rolling seems to have escaped notice - the SP seems to be stubbornly rooted.

That's very interesting WF - IF the combo can deliver a double whammy of reducing costs, (less Keytruda mg), heightened results in the Patients and reduced side effects - WOW ! Plus the possibility of early 'early' data.

And that's hopefully of course - (hopes are still OK ?).
