Maybe the pool of existing funding is sufficient to progress the new project until current discussions bear fruit. We may indeed be close, an RNS anyday is possible, but announcing a project and announcing the funding may well be two different matters. Not logical to assume more IMO. I agree with others on the fence.

Very interesting thanks - for a few years I was working at home looking after my Lads and employing myself as the 'Bioptron' UK Distributor - "All you need is LIGHT" LOL. That's 'visible incoherent polarised light' (above UV range) but don't ask me too much about the science ! Try Dr Mary Dyson who was head of tissue research at Guys ? Dr Kira Samolilova, Head of Photobiology at RAS St Petersburg. I also managed Bioptron in Zurich through a 6 month project.

To the point, brushing shoulders with some 'alternative' Practitioners, I came across a device from Russia, 'Isolda', which irradiated blood with UV light in a circuit from the Patient looping directly back into the Patient. I'd heard some startling results observed by a Colleague in Russia. I don't think anything came of 'Isolda' in the end. Myself I think I'd prefer an Isolda loop to the AYTU device, but then, when you look at what they can do with 'catheter' surgery, the 'Aytu' device when made could be exciting. UV light seems to be having a real effect on aerosol and surface virus so who knows - one day AYTU could treat Patients who slip through a Scancell vaccine net !!

Yes Chester I read your post carefully. You conclude that there are talks going on because Scancell announced the start of a new but mindblowing project - I don't think the point necessarily follows. That's not to say it can't be so, but to say that we don't know. So to suggest that there is ANY question of disrespect to the BoD in that mooting, is inaccurate.

But I do hope you are right - I'm just saying your assumption may or may not be true. Be nice.

Thanks Berm. I never thought one size would, but I wonder in reality how much Scancell count in BNTX plans. Some of the speculation is exciting but, we don't actually seem to be much involved in BNTX's admittedly amazing financial progress. So sticking my neck out just for a change, I think Scancell must rely on their own merits and not expect much from the BNTX direction. BUT I would LOVE to be wrong . . . ATB

Interesting speculation about BioNTech atm. I ask a serious question - what does it say about Scancell's long relationship with BNTX, that both Companies are flat out in apparently different directions, in the search for this vaccine? Where is our 'co-op' with them atm ? I'd be glad to learn there's more to it.
