Canadian close within a penny or two of London close.

Canada closes gap and now drops back to 1850 equivalent UK price. Endeavour is trading below a long standing strong resistance line. Both UK and Canada charts now have a double top in play.

It may have done so. Feels like selling unfolding.

Steve the volume when Canada TX opens goes far higher than when the London market alone is open. The real action is in the afternoons.

Not sure why it has pulled back this morning but we have a large gap in the Canadian TX market which dominates London market by volume trading.

Light reading and why gold has perhaps not backed off despite rallies in price.

It was the very first thing I asked for an update on and now delivered. I think several good RNS are incoming. I see this stock in the 14p range in coming weeks. As for the low share price, I do not know the seller is who dumped at 9.5p the other day. I suspect someone will buy this company above 24p when value becomes blatantly obvious. In the meantime it has been AI taking so much resources in the equity market.

Just got back from holiday. Something told me I should be buying at 119p on Centamin but alas I did not this time. I am very happy for the fundamental holders here and that your patience finally rewarded. My Endeavour position also had great news this morning and reconfirmed annual production target to be met. Great RNS to come back to from a week's holiday. Certain brokers who downgraded endeavour should eat a lot of humble pie. This stock is seriously undervalued.

Back to 24 March prices when the futures prices on gold were below $2200. The price of gold on spot sold for Endeavour is likely to be around $2400 for 9 out of 13 weeks in the quarter. It still has another $80 to drop before hitting a reduction on average earnings in quarter.

If we model on a different perspective on production below 1,135,000 ounces (470,000 end of H1), the share price is reducing production to below 990,000 ounces and the H2 target is only 520,000 ounces despite two new mines coming into full nameplate capacity. Q3 production results would need to be less than Q2 results for that to happen.

What I find disappointing is an RNS giving all the details of rewards to staff and yet outputs are continually delayed. Hopefully, we shall get to see progress soon.

I encourage readers to look at the volume in thousands of messages posted on LSE. The highest potential for boiler room fraud using this site are those under 500 messages coming on here and promoting their own book positions. Look for those who have contributed for years and earnestly do their best in giving their opinions. By all means check people out across other boards ask is person x credible. It is concerning also if people put all their energies on one LSE site and sometimes it is because there is no interactions and discussions elsewhere and hence why I ask if they are invested in other companies and to share perspectives and relate to where they are coming from. It is unfortunate that some LSE do change identities but deliver the same message.

I de-risked like many in April, but held some Nanoco on the basis of a chance of future production in late 2025. When STM chose not to pursue Gen-2, the production route disappeared with it and hence I was out first thing on 10.6p. What remains imop is a research consultancy hub. This is more akin to a start up company with some cash to front load development and it is no longer in my opinion a typical AIM listed growth company.

Some start ups do go places but it may take another 5 years or a decade. The money does eventually run out and the operation survives on government grants with a long shot chance of success that goes with it and nothing is near market. The share price in future will gradually decline and only when it is peanuts it will go private when the cash nearly runs out. Whatever STM pays out may help deal with some of the 40 redundancies. The company may need to hold $1M on future payments for staff retained as a requirement for any severance pay.

Overall, it was a last chance saloon to get to manufacturing and using the Runcorn facility to do something and that model goes against what big companies want to do and that is to keep as much as possible in house and reduce dependency elsewhere in the supply chain.

In the background we do not know if many countries like the UK Government will face the prospect of having to pay down debt. If the elite chooses an early 1980's model we know a recessionary phase will be with us for 3 or 4 years. The alternative is to print money to pay for bonds like in Japan and except decades of really low growth and all the problems that it entails. Business and the population in general may not like the 1980's harsh model but it is quicker, it removes zombie companies and creates the space for rapid growth and innovation to then break through. (I really do wish everybody all the best last year I lost around 8% on my portfolio in 23/24, but then had gains approaching 20% elsewhere on other stocks also in that financial year. Managing the winners and taking profits goes with the occasional loss it is the chance we all take with investing).

Same share price as March 26th when gold was around $300 lower per ounce than today's spot price (has gone up 15% although 4.5% has to be discounted with a weaker dollar).

Yahoo have the EV/EBITAR ratio on 8, but it is heading downwards to 6.1 if the company achieves the bottom of targets.

Cote de Ivoire has received 25.4 mm of rain in August and it corresponds to wet season usual amounts. ITY likely to be okay with power although as expected has production profile that usually occurs in wet season.

Power outages

No power outages in Senegal or Burkino Faso in regions where Hounde, Mana and Sabodala Massawe operate. A lot of outages in the capital city of both countries due to maintenance.

Average gold price sold since 1 January would be around $2410 that is not subjected to any collar.

Still over 2500. Everyday above this level the company are earning a fortune. How we are not at the 1800 handle or above 1700 is beyond me.
