Both things happen on AIM. Do not underestimate the peer review results when they eventually come in. Those peer reviews decide if something can be used or not in every NHS hospital. It is literally boom or bust.

It is vital to have the July work published and peer reviewed.
Once this happens the medical profession has a trusted peer review to inform them to prescribe.

The data builds up as to form MHRA over time whether to put on licence.
The company have the manufacturing arrangements aligned with licence approval.
Accelerated prescribing to patients.
Establish a position in the market place.

The company could have a requested to deliver from big pharma under licence at different points in that chain.
