Denby. I am around but off to the hospital in an hour or so. Yes it has moved above the weekly resistance line. As it is a weekly chart, I would need to see if it can hold after the close say at least until tomorrow as a growing confirmation of a change in trend. Tony

As expected. Confirms earlier chart pattern. NG remains on my watch list. Still overvalued at 18.8PE.

Denby the 30.88p was taken off in 29 May and it was listed as being ex- dividend. The board approved payments and gave a future date for those monies to be dispersed whoever held shares the day before the ex-dividend date. The fact that the money left a committed source on 29th May to an account to be paid out later moved the share price down on that day and it does not impact on the fact it is paid to shareholders in the last few days on the share price. The market priced everything in back in May. The scrip dividend is also not a dilution as such as those shares were all fully paid and just add to the enterprise value of the company. It has no impact on the NG share price.

NG is not far off a weekly resistance point in the charts. Unless something fundamental happens NG should remain in a tight trading range and rediscover where the support line is.

Both daily and weekly charts have a descending resistance line. The top of that line today is around 1059. Those buying with stamp cost won't make anything short term. The resistance line challenges a support line two weeks from now. To early to predict a breakdown or a breakout. The entire market is on edge at present. Have cash ready to buy or a stop loss in place if a breakdown with volume occurs. 1 August could be the date for the diary to create a volatile event either way.

Ex divi date is not the payment date. The 30.88p was taken off on 29 May and as usual for all shares the eventual payment date is some weeks after.

Why not ask the company Reetech instead of asking us lot on this LSE Board? After all you are the paid consultant working for the Chinese government.

Yes Reetech the stick paste job of an article published two months ago was probably submitted for publication say in August -October last year by Mintech staff. Since then we had a June RNS that covers a lot of what the paper was covering so that economic and recovery issues were being considered. I am therefore wondering what you are trying to get across to us that we do not already know regarding the project risks. Tony

No he is not Reetech. Sundrum is well connected within the Pensana investment group and proably became an investor in the July 2020 launch on UK market. He does not do the stick and paste type of work ReeTech does. Reetech is very active when RBW rallies and that is because someone is paying him to do it like the Chinese army in some Shanghai barracks. Reetech is using AI to correct all his English so as not to give away any Chinese connection. He is utterly obsessed in stopping people to invest in this company. There is no personality in his communication which is what you expect from a paid troll plant.

RBW has secured quite a lot of future finance and has an offtake agreement with a metal producer that is a not based in China. The test work has achieved NdPr at 95% purity. The refinements are towards 99% plus. The RBW production level with Brazil sources included now equates to the same volume as Pensana per year of output when they also double up in size. The RBW story eradicates the need of a Saltend like plant but it needs the metal producing side to expand rapidly in EU, UK and USA just like Pensana.

SP will tell us how much money that equates to this company earning if we get above 99% and perhaps having figures on the current 95-96% would give us a worse case outlook on the percentage RBWR actually owns. If we then add in Brazil mined out material we get a much higher valuation on the up side but that needs to be divided by two.

No wonder the Director is selling shares. I am amazed the share price has not fallen a couple of quid. More trouble ahead. When senior management sell their shares, they know where the trouble is in the mill.

Getting heavy sells this morning. 1p drop by the broker. Leaves some speculation as to why. I wish brokers could explain the adjustments they make.

The company has taken a licence from a third party possibly on exclusive basis which removes uranium and thorium and is stored separately within an inert paste. They have a source where it can be stored. At some point it will be like the equivalent of a gypsum waste stack where some company like RBW may come along with technology and separates the radioactive material from everything else and supplies to some nuclear plant with an appropriate reactor for the radioisotope as fuel.

The issue on radioactive waste is not the principle concern about Pensana. The key real issue is will Pensana make enough profit after paying off all debts and will the remaining resource be at a grade to continue making a good return for shareholders especially in 5 years time. There is to many unknowns to forecast how that may all play out.

I have seen tightly owned share companies go private and have been taken over. The CEO and owners are not spring chickens. If someone offered them a high offer they could not say no to, it could get sold. Tony

50,000 trade at open was a buy.

The whole point of owning the stock is one of the big companies will simply buy rainbow rare for 35p or more. Probably once they have proven the flowsheet with 99% plus purity.
