Polymetal would be considered as a voluntary delist. The company does have means of taking back Polymetal shares in exchange for warrants or bonds. I have also read elsewhere there is a way of getting a voluntary delisted stock out of the ISA, however the allowance can not be replaced in the ISA so its held in another form outside of the ISA package such as a an equity trading account. It can then be managed as suggested in the article attached.

Pensana ran up a good 40%. Things do not go up in a straight line. If it forms a higher low in the upper 40's, it could find buying support and run higher into the 60's next time. The short brigade hype over a down channel forming, but it can turn into a bull channel if the higher low forms. The next high would be around 67-68p and the next low afterwards be near 54p. The reason for 42-44p bottom is that the company has an organic value with 81% of LJ and Coola and the market has supported that level several times. NdPr prices are still going up to lend more support to that view. The lack of UK investment compared to EU and USA is of concern. There is a risk that USA and EU would want LJ and Coola resources supplied to them and buy out Pensana completely. The current price is probably near that outcome if it arose. It is also near the average of AWF and MG investment valuations.

In an ISA and if it pulls back will average it off with 3 more tranche buys. Rationale is copper demand.

GigaWitt and FH are now being filtered out on my screen view. Giga is certainly on short for a buy back within a 30 day window. Nothing wrong with that, but it is very naughty to do FUD in playing your own book, however Giga has done it very badly and it was completely exposed in the last few hours as I feel we have been entertained by mystic Meg.

Equivalent to 3.2p of the current share price of 12p. Exploration targets were all met. Inferred ounces were all replaced. The value created has replaced all the expenditure of WK to date. Very good achievement. The grade of ore is incredible.

Once the company has a lump sum it changes the future story of this company. So LOAM decides it wants to quit. However a new institution buyer may want to take a stake in this company for an entirely different future. The prospect of having nanoco technology helping surgeons undertake cancer surgeries like mastectomy that eliminates all the tumour cells and preserves surrounding tissue can have a prefound clinical value in preventing cancer recurrence rates. Nanoco could become provider of a tool that could be used in every hospital. It can also help older surgeons perform at the proficiency of when they were younger as well. One tool going through a clinical trial and showing benefits amongst leading surgeons who influence others could lead to a wide uptake and Nanoco would be a billion plus turnover company. LOAM may not have the expertise in that area, but a replacement institutional investor may have a lot of interest and be the new buyer of stock in the company. LOAM are not the long term issue. I can not see how it works in keeping it as an ISA or a SIPP. ISA transfers for example are to another ISA. Hence why I suspect it has to be sold off as cash and then rebought as a trading account holder. Until Polymetal has worked out all of this we do not have all the answers. Interesting Blackrock is listed on the Kaz stock exchange.

In Kaz, a UK PI investor would join KASE as a client member under a financial institution of equivalence of HL that has member status as probably guided by Polymetal management, and they would hold your Polymetal shares in a similar way as it would be held in HL equivalent. This allows you to buy and sell the stock providing funds are in the account to do what your trying to do. Just like HL has costs something similar would apply from the KASE institution provider along with any currency costs that may eventually arise on returning funds to the UK.

Very small polymetal investors will be put off by this, but for larger Polymetal share holders it would be more marginal. It is like someone being annoyed at £5 charge on selling 50 Polymetal shares where as investor selling 500 may hardly notice it as a proportion of their actions.

I am not sure how many people hold stock that have voluntarily delisted for the reason to have more focus of their stock in another domicile. The company do not thrown shareholders in the sea. There is advance notice in timings. brokers are organised to move stock around. Platforms are identified for people to trade on in local currency. It is possible to hold for some time and then when gold is through the roof, one may sell the holding, transfer out of the platform that was used to a bank account the shareholder holds in the UK. Instead we have blind panic that everything is lost.
