All the figures are 8 years old so. Court of Texas. Only 2% of cases go to full trial. Very common for cases to get settled before court. Around 50% of the legal costs are not incurred by settling out of court. Pre Trial costs may be as high as 20% of the total claim.

What is a reasonable settlement is between 1-5% of the subcomponent value in the product as said in the above report. It might be the whole of the product and the case would then involve apportioning value.

What is the value of this company's component in typical Samsung products or wherever it was used?

Currently in the same position as Cowichan, but I will return to Centamin later in the year. I held for two years with Centamin as my second highest portfolio holding. It is a case of portfolio management and getting Centamin into an ISA account and not in a trading portfolio. I suspect a lot of people in the UK will be making these type of adjustments in the coming months.

Despite very heavy FUD and down ramping ammunition fired out all day and getting coaching hints from Tony who wants to buy loads of cheap Nanoco shares by the shed load and back up the truck and fill it up as well, the share price rose today. Despite best efforts flyboy was shot down bravely as he ran out of evidence. Giga got lost in the fog of battle and after recovering from concussion made a late effort to pointless avail. The deramp team will probable recover by Monday, but I fear another day like today and the share price will be in the 40's and the door will close on anybody who wants cheap nanoco shares. Just maybe the FED will blow up global markets everywhere as they have messed up everything to date and by luck a score draw opportunity may arise for those looking for a basement bottom fishing bargain. Bushy sold all his Shanta shares and now the share price has risen above where he sold out. He is now resorting to arguing with any lamp post in his street with regret for being a trader and not an investor. However, if Bushey was a clever trader he would have had two accounts where he could have sold a gain in one account and then bought Shanta back in another and so not be so grouchy to other Shanta investors. Hopefully we shall soon be free of sad songs from Bushey as he rebuys into Shanta when conditions prevail, like a windfall gain from somewhere else and then brings money back in here.

FH quoting a figure of what transformational was by the CEO was brilliant. Any chance of a copy of that transcript or when it was presented so we can find it on the internet and all hear it. It would be a slam dunk if you could pull that off.-

You do not understand resistance lines and support line positions and FIB retracements and the like. Oh dear. This is a serious defect in your FUD skills. Of course there is multiple support and resistance lines in a chart and traders use them all the time. Once support lines do break you can pump up your FUD to maximise panic amongst fundamental investors and other traders and declare a technical breakdown in support. Giga needs to go on a course. Keep down ramping GigaWitt as you need to get it under the support line at 36.2p 35p, 34p and at 21.8p where you get your bonus. Can you get on the hot line to get institutions to dump more shares so that we can have cheap price. Your wing man flyer needs to do more bombing runs on share confidence. Board looking after themselves and all that kind of stuff, backhanders in envelopes, Aim pirates etcetera. Runcorn to go bust as CEO and Chairman retire in Bermuda. It is not impossible for someone working for Samsung to be employed in down ramping the share. Such individuals have a low posting history. They are usually based in either in some Indonesian sweat shop, a London boiler room operation to scam people or some autocratic state army barracks practicing there English.

I can not believe someone would think that a settlement on the balance sheet would only be as low as $10M or £8M. It would invite other companies to breach Nanoco IP rights and walk all over them and just ignore term sheet conditions as well. We shall soon see what happens. I added more into my ISA this morning. I am staying with a 52p+ share price outcome.

The gold 1925 level was broken 3 times intraday during the week and closed under that level each time. This evening it broke through on the 4th attempt. This move higher will have surprised a lot of people tomorrow unless something happens in Asia tonight. The technical charts on gold have been running red hot for sometime. Weekly stochastics are on 100% and daily RSI over 72. Normally, we would expect some kind of cooling off and then gold would power up again after a lot of overbought signals were worked off. So far that has not happened. We await to see if Asia buys USD or gold overnight.

Gold just broke out despite being massively overbought on the weekly technicals. They only have an hour to bring it back under 1925.

It was $2,000 on resources for 2022-2032 just to be accurate.

Thank you for putting in my reserve and resources question. So we know that reserves are economically priced at $1450 an ounce and that $2,000 per ounce is a median figure of the expected gold price between 2022-2032. So the red flag issue is removed as we now understand how Centamin derive that figure.

What I am pleased about is that my pulling out of Centamin really encouraged them to have the emphasis on that QA session. I hope the company got a lot out of it and we understand more about the thinking they are doing and confusion is removed by the limitations of RNS communications.

I now hope the opportunity arises for me to re-enter Centamin at a future date, but if it does not happen I wish everyone all the very best. Tony

After London close they have edged gold and the ETFs up a bit. I suspect $1925 for gold is not going to break.

Now starting to fall.

Gold has rallied to push centamin up 5p. It has just failed to break the resistance line in the 1925 area. If it heads back to 1901 support, Centamin may follow it down.
