So will we get lots of data shoved on here about Morocco and USA social problems from you and wherever else RBW have useful gypsum stacks with rare earth exploitable content licenced for them to process where they and their partner have all the essential Intellectual property.

Oh dear a family relation of Paul Atherley or someone else on the Pensana board has got really upset by someone saying this company is now in the last chance saloon and it certainly is, and this was after they claimed I think, funding for the mine was going to be tomorrow. Excuse me as I go and have a laugh. I guess the joke I made about M&G yesterday hit a raw nerve as well. I think we all know who has the hair chest and walks around waving certain parts of their anatomy which they like to refer to. Last note from me as I have more shopping to do and I am sure readers far prefer the talk to be about what the company is doing as nobody really knows.

Whatever anyone does with there investment should be attentive to the risk they want to take and its personal to them. All of us are small holders and have no impact in any case on what happens here. A fund in New York could buy Pensana share at their open and the share jumps 2 or 3p. To behave as being married to Paul Atherley and the company is not my investment management style especially with so much economy with the truth yet the behaviour and rudeness of some people is just that. As far as I am concerned this company/board has one last chance before the rest of my holding gets pulled. They have no excuse if they can not agree funds to build an actual rare earth mine at this time. If they do not get funds it implies that reserve ore claims given to investors were falsified and I certainly hope that is not the case.

Runcorn facility has value along with some income from other licences may have value and we do not know if new IP is about to get a patent. Probably adds another 3p to the share price.

I still have a position in Pensana. I chose to reduce by giving up trade profits in April and May which had practically exhausted the CGT allowance we have in place this year. Alternatively, I have withdrawn some of the free carry I have on Pensana.

I am happy with reducing my risk.

Did they actually say that at the GM regarding M&G. Did you actually hear it. Attendees made an extraordinary statement that funding for the mine would happen this Friday (within two weeks) and now the usual back tracking. The accusations of a boiler room team by some on appear to be the other way round with the employee being Pensana itself encouraging statements on websites such as this for a few people to come and say.

Paul Atherley wil be 0/7 out of his definite funding will happen statements made in a public venues if funding does not appear this month. We can also add additional occasions when such statements were put in writing and then have a disclaimer forward looking statement attached at the end of those documents. Some of the verbal one's on video also had the disclaimer.

Pensana is useful to hold some shares to off set tax liabilities on UK capital gains tax gains elsewhere as the UK allowance was halved this year. This is strictly my own opinion and not financial advice to other shareholders.

We shall see if enough buyers of this stock are around to prevent a death spiral in the coming weeks. If it rallies to 28-30p tomorrow, I will be impressed. Maybe MG will stop selling some of their shares and buy them back again, oops I guess they still have to meet lots of redemptions along with 200 staff redundancies recently announced (I wonder if any were responsible for jumping into Pensana who are being shown the door).

Pound was 1.22 USD to Pound and is now 1.27p. 91.9p Centamin share price equates to an average gold price from tomorrow to 31 December at $1800 per ounce with currency exchange being constant and production forecast split at 44/55% H1/H2 split at medium target being hit.

The question therefore is whether gold has a rally or not in the following six months. If gold remains at 1800 average USD for all of the remaining part of 2023 then price per ounce average futures price for all of 2023 will be at $1865 per ounce.

The way Ukraine and Russia are getting wrecked and the world waits if the India monsoon works out next week, that Canada and Australia avoid lots of fires, whether USA gets enough rain and we still have global population increase, horticulture needs a lot more science and technology invested in it to deliver higher food yield results.
