RE: Not entirely out there..6 Jun 2023 20:24
On my metrics the lowest value is at least 12.8p allowing for the debt, allowing for the net 1.5M ounces in resources at the $1960 per ounce gold price. Once the debt has been cleared the baseline price is 14.2p (Dec 2023?). Once resources in WK are declared as reserves and lets assume it is just 500,000 ounces, the baseline converts to 16.9p. At 1m ounce reserves in WK that becomes 19.6p. On top of this the company is owed tax rebates on VAT. It will also have a lower AISC in 2024 and can produce 16% plus more gold. If someone wanted to buy Shanta now having de-risked the new mine production, the price starts at 20p. Tony
