I expressed no thoughts. I simply said what Cineplex has stated themselves. If you can direct me to anything concrete that supports your assertion that would be great. My comments are supported by the quote from Cineplex mentioned in news reports of the case.
It is not 'on hold'. There was no mention of that. Cineplex stated that they will pursue other options to recoup their money. Different opinions are what this board is for, but simply making things up? Not good.
Mick R. Congratulations. I wondered how long it would be before someone blamed MMs for holding the sp back. I assume the market is simply underwhelmed and can foresee another fund raise. Hope not but 20s is a long way off. Where are Jasper and co these days?
Buffalo. Read my post from last week. I could not have been clearer that I am trading this share and have no interest in its products or long term plans. The chart repeats up to mid 40s and drops. No-one who can read will have been suckered in by anything I wrote. As for calling people 'scum', grow up. I spent ten years serving my country in the Balkans so name calling from one of the crusty sock brigade won't scratch the surface.
15 th Sep..."the dummies are getting suckered in".... Not sure how you managed to divine my views on the September RNS from my post. My point was about someone not invested repeatedly posting on here.
Phimx. I read daily your disparaging and occasionally personally abusive posts about Inspirit and others who post on here. Two questions: 1) are you invested here and 2) if not, do you genuinely have nothing better to do? It is fascinating what people do with their time.
Why oh why do those whose predictions consistently prove incorrect blame MMs rather than simply saying that they got it wrong? There is money to be made here every week. Buy at .037 and sell at .045. Never any doubt that this would go back to 30s today. Another run up early next week and another 2k banked. Might drift a bit lower after I buy and go a bit higher after I sell but long since banked the initial investment. Easy money.
Picked up 90000 of these at about 2.8p. Might be chucking money away but at this price it won't be much. Seems like a binary bet, bust or back over 20p, and I'm guessing they will survive and that bad news is already baked in.
Hang on multi. I've read your posts elsewhere and you have slated the BoD and yet you agree with Louise that Rambler is being run by professionals. Which is it?

290 was your figure not mine. I disputed it at the time and was met with silence. Upgrading equipment is clearly expensive, perhaps more so than the board believed and adding anything below 25-30 million to the balance sheet would be facile.

No Moon, you very specifically DIDN'T say they need to spend 50 million. You said 290 million and when I asked you to break that down for us there was, as ever, no reply.
Ftse. Most investors were under the impression that we already had funds to "dig it out", not least as we had been told how good the balance sheet was in mid August. You may be able to gloss over this ignorance/deception, I am less sanguine about it.
