Morning Brighty. I think a £1 target is worthy. Been banded around a lot on here. 50pish is technical but potential-wise £1 is easily achievable assuming advancement by the portfolio companies. It wouldn't need all of them to smash it either.

Still strong interest. A BELL £4.7 million placing is peanuts. They want to massively ramp up production to penetrate Asia and they want to do it quickly. For that they need to outlay but it will all come back once they're sold !

Not a good idea to sell TEK right now imho. Too much going on and no point looking for negatives unless you get punched in the face with one. My Jaw feels fine

Never seems a good idea to sell up when the market opens this way (ie after a bad finish on the Dow). The worst price always seems to be first thing.

It's a testament to the strength and interest in TEK that it appears very resilient and people are buying the dips. It always seems to recover rapidly so there's a lot to like here

Circa 16p. Looks like buys to me considering we opened 15p-16p on the spread. Probably what propped the price up today...Definitely a zone of interest here.

That's very interesting. We all know that Guident are likely to need a few quid. Good that they re not directly funding through TEK umbrella so going the way of Salarius and Lucyd.

I think they see themselves above crowdfunds. Very interesting to see that it's a private placement. I'd love to know who. If it's a connection to EV or automation then there's a massive lead/link in the making for where Guident will be making money. A lot to come from Guident. They could be worth a bomb

We will see soon. News is very close now, for better or worse, but whatever it is, considering we are talking about global deals, this market cap is very lowly.

Risky but good technical place to top up so I have. Mine's the buy at 15.4p.

Rationale.
Today's sell of is on a macro level. Often beta shares bull up at the end of the day in anticipation of a bounce the following day
If there is a placing inbound I'd bet heavily it's been addressed already and on confirmation buying will commence.
If there is a debt facilty. Same but better
If there is no debt facility. Better Still
Add to that the possibility of a pleasant surprise from somewhere and the market cap just looks far too cheap to me.

Maybe I need my head examined but I've reduced my average a couple of pence at circa 23p so if I'm right the SP will surpass that with ease.

Don't want to think about being wrong :(

Guident has always been the hardest to value but on the flip side it could 'arrive' somewhere very quickly. It's software and it's by and large already 'written' so a product ready to go. Their CEO has done it all before too, and that's what seals it for me.

There will be more to come there and I readily anticipate a ramp up in news over the coming months.

Morning all. I tend to agree with Giancotti. Most of this is known (by us at least). Never the less a solid set of results, which will be noted by analysts and set us up going forward.

I still think the Guident news yesterday has not been factored in properly, so there is still scope for an imminent rerate very soon

We'd have to be fools not to consider it, everyone of us, but if that's the case, so be it. We need a clear route forward mapped out for us. IMO even a placement would be positive for the SP from where we are now.

Let's just hope they surprise us to the upside, in one form or the other. We know at least that they are increasing coverage stateside

Good memory. I imagine there could easily be an ongoing support / maintenance fee for Guident's software. It's pretty standard for any software supplier so the more contracts they win, along with initial fees, they should be able to build up a pretty support income. I'd hope so anyway.

Market gradually starting to notice now. I'm thinking this really could do £1 now, within the next year. Massive buy and hold

If it's not tomorrow, it's got to be Monday. I think there's going to be a lot more than just the results which we already know. Should clear up the picture for us.

GLA. I'm hopeful that whatever transpires the pathway forward will be revealed, which is most definitely, what's required

For me it's massive. Guident isn't priced in and yet we see they can win state transport projects. That is a massive endorsement and proof of concept, especially as this is the hardest one to quantify. Best of all we know if they need a few quid funding TEK just have to cash in minimal BELL shares so we can maintain a massive stake.

To think Bell s stake is relatively small and what it's worth to TEK, the mind races away.

It's very difficult to read but I'm guessing will be out there next week. Not much we can do but sit on our hands for now and let them get on with it. It would be romantic to think Bose or similar have swooped at the death to incorporate the LUCYD product and essentially snuff out the competition. Unlikely but we can always hope.
