Yeah, some activity at last. Just the inkling of good news and it ll explode. All the details will be out very soon. The worst case scenario is priced in and some but the the quality of news will direct the gradient of the rise IMHO.

You forgot salarius. Might as well value them at say $150,000 - Suite your narrative ? Last we heard a few months back they were turning over $1.5 million a year and expanding (if you extrapolate their January revenue)..Could be going places fast there.

Nigel Wray wasn't part of the last raise so his holding % would be automatically diluted. I'm not a massive fan of LUCYD either but it doesn't mean it's not a popular product with a future. Not a gadget I'm interested in but nevertheless they appear to offer good value for money. They are building their company and ploughing everything into expansion. Not sure there is another way to build up a business but I stand to be corrected. Yes, agreed their first products weren't good enough but they've plugged on and got it right

Guident- Worth researching their CEO, their intellectual property, their tie ups and their first contract win (state transport which will undoubtedly pave the way for more contract wins)

It's all out there. No debt to service. Top quality CEOs and NEDs in all companies and niche expanding markets.

Whatever pre ipo valuation TEK attributes to LUCYD - Let's also bear in mind that TEK management continually undervalued Belluscura on the run up to their IPO on their accounts, if we value BELL on TEKs ownership which they are free to cash in anytime they want Guident, LUCYD and Salarius are currently valued by the market sp at about 20 million quid. (peanuts considering the multiple spec valuations on trash out there). All funded through either crowdfunds or TEK management for the foreseeable and all run by top professionals with all the credentials, all making great strides in their fields the SP is remarkably cheap whichever way you wish to cut and slice it.

Yeah. I think so Spindok. It's not for the faint hearted and that's for sure but they obviously don't believe in issuing RNSs like confetti. Plenty of companies on AIM do that with wishy washy news to encourage interest, but in reality just show a company going nowhere. Problem is silence can also create doubt so a Lose/Lose !

However, Good news is anything but priced in here so if the news is better than expected, and let's be honest it won't have to be much to be just that against the current pricing it will take off, and then we'll get the PR etc etc. Could hit 45ish p in no time at all and then news could come from other fronts too.

Just a case of waiting it out now as you say, but we all know something will drop soon so let's hope it's what we want. No one will be getting in at these prices with large chunks if it turns out for the good. They'll be buying 10k at best

I'm probably well behind the curve, but interesting to see that Shield are still recruiting and using terminology such as a 'expanding sales force'. Hard to gauge if that's just HR talk per se or whether there's anything in it but on the surface it doesn't look like STX is on the brink of disaster.

All will be revealed in due course no doubt but fingers crossed they are just getting on with it with the view that the SP will take care of itself if the business does.

PWA - Of course you're right regarding Bull/Bear cases. Scanning through though I don't actually think that's where the objection is regarding other posters comments.

TEK will advance one way, or the other. It's the multi pronged business model and relatively cheap funding costs ( I know some will arch their eyebrows at that but believe me there as some shockers out there) that will see good growth from this lowly base.

Anyhow - As always, good luck to all of you and Sea, don't doubt yourself and keep posting. I've been a bit lazy on that front recently as tied up with a lot of stuff but still lurking around in the background :)

We have seen all this before Veteran. More than once. Luckily they are smaller raises and they always seem to get the SP moving north afterwards but yes, they always sting.
Doubt anyone will get the chance to buy at 25p. The placing was oversubscribed so any sells near 25p will probably end up in a larger ii order.

I can only assume that they see more value in keeping their Bell stake for another year. Not ideal and as Sea said it would have been nice to see it higher but it always comes at a discount to SP performance. At least it's out the way. Let's hope the RNS system is ready to roll.

I also reckon that a smallish debt facility and small placing would result in a bounce from current levels. Uncertainty is the sp killer.

Amen BB - I can't get away from how cheap this is. It's the financial uncertainty that's holding it back.

My POV - Once that's cleared up we're off, placing or not. The details will pave the why for what kind of 'Kick' we'll get, but we all know each and every scenario and the order of preference so I won't labour the point.

It's a weird one with STX. The norm on Aim for any company looking to a raise is a series of bullish RNS's with little content to bull up the SP but with STX nothing. Literally anything could be coming and we all hold our views, positions etc on what that it is.

I don't think the short attack has helped, actually that's an understatement, it was a disaster, from where STX were, at that point in time, but the SP performance will be underlined by STX's progress, new deals and financial situation.

I wouldn't worry about no investor presentation document Pete. That often spells placing on the horizon in my humble experience.

The market is wanting to hear everything is on track. This is priced to bounce nicely if that's what we get.

It's definitely frustrating but I imagine they don't want to look too desperate. As Dave says it looks like there is already debt facility in place if needed.

Fine to distance yourself from petty deramping and speculation as long as news when it comes shows everything on track.
