Morning Sea

Yes a bit of patience. Just hope they don't leave it too long otherwise punters start to lose interest. They are looking primed for a mega week where they issue updates on everything. Hopefully very soon.

I'm also anticipating a market recovery (rally at least) around September onwards so we're not that far away. Some look like they are already taking positions in anticipation.

Back in Blighty and just checking in. SP treading water around here but there's a lot going on behind the scenes and news due on multiple fronts.

Chart-wise all looking good. A bit of a pause for the RSI to unwind which is perfectly natural and a short term target of 40p on the horizon. This could obviously be eclispsed by any major news at any point, and I wouldn't rule that out.

It's pretty obvious to all where this is going Sea. Got to be a buy out. Someone who can deal with the demand and accelerate distribution and production. That assuming it's not too far off, would be the ideal special divi time:)

Morning Sea. 2500 US providers and 7000 locations. That's a deal and a half. Truly a global company in the making. Uplifting for TEk inbound today off the back of that I imagine. Lovely

HI CM. Yes I agree and very happy with how this is panning out. It will be interesting to see who is buying. This very rapid rise over the last few dsys is not driven by PIS. As you say this is the start of a new development phase which the SP will support.

Clifford Gross describes Microsalt as 'on fire' in that interview. I've always found him relatively conservative so quite a statement

They bumble along and then for whatever reason, catch the imagination, and then the rises become bigger than expected. Harder for LTHs to fathom in many ways because we ve always known what the company is worth, and we're wondering why it's now everyone is cottoning on!

Yes, I think you might be right and of course, 2 warrants at double the price is 1 at $7.50 - Good thing is they can't be cashed in until the price doubles and TEK are still retaining a healthy chunk. Much more than with BELL. If they can pull it off it will be a very smart move. I think TEK are pretty smart, and connected so fingers crossed.

They really were very unlucky with the timing but that was all macro. Virtually all IPOs were pulled so not a true reflection on the demand for LUCYD. I think investors are weary of that so bearing that in mind the SP will really gain if it gets taken up.

Not sure, but if details of that IPO emerge as a 'done deal' we're going to be wondering why we haven't all remortgaged !

Great find TI - I'm not sure how to quantify the worth to TEK but will try and get my head around it. (skim read implies a raise of $8 million against a valuation of $75 million. Is that right ?) The warrants complicate it a bit as on the surface we're trebling what we are giving away with the 2 x 1 - However, it may be a smart move if it get's the IPO off the ground and they're not exercisable until the IPO price doubles (so $150 million) - I think by that point, and with that value as long as TEK are holding a significant chunk it's gravy all the way whatever.

I'm pretty confident that both Salarius and Guident, will nail it in due course, so in many ways this is the one I'd like most to see IPO'd. A million dollars revenue to March 22 is not an insignificant turnover so that's definitely a good pointer that this is going the right way.

There's a good chance someone is loading up here. It's exactly the right place to do it unless you know something the rest of us don't. It wouldn't surprise me if the SP hovers around here for a few days before kicking off.

We shall see. Directors loading up at 11p, makes 6p a very tasty punt.

Chartwise, this is a very good place to buy. Lot's of headroom all the way up to 12.5p.

Afternoon guys. Yes, I'm kind of hoping the market in general has found the bottom and is starting to build from there. Not sure yet but we will have to see.

Either way both TEK and BELL are looking strong and we know we are overdue news on all fronts so lots to look forward too :)

Looking suspiciously like stake building going on here. We may see a TR1 over the next few days or weeks.

Definitely not complaining haha. Looking good. Keep the momentum going for a couple of weeks and then drop some massive news. That'll do nicely :)

Thanks Mr Ozzy and TI (although looks like that link was for live streaming). Sounds very positive though. Love the excitement building around Salarius. I think we are going to hear some really big news there soon. Also that they are still planning to IPO Lucyd there. They won't do it without confidence so very reassuring.
