Well Oscar will just be ordinary board member as his voting rights will be with Ebioss who won’t have a majority so he can’t basically influence anymore which is key The change of upper management here is key and Reminds me of the fiat story where once the Agnelli family who own fiat relished running the company to sergio marchione, the company suddenly turned around from bankruptcy to huge giant

So Pre bercheva we were sat between 2-3p and peaking at 3.5 which given the fundamentals of the company was fair value at the time This was before solid long term financing and a competent board Now we are currently undervalued given we should be 2-3p as NO CLN anymore and we have in fact has MOUs in the meantime and overall contracts worth 70m Coming into play is new management which the company is in dire need of and will reset the path and finally give eqt clear upward Vision We have solid long term financing by 3 very credible insititutions We won’t have influence by Ebioss anymore as theyllmlose majority and they made poor decisisons So if we should be at 2-3p with no news imagine with the above where we should be sat - above that range imo Additionally any cobra contracts or start of projects and we will far exceed any target and surpass 2 year highs of 8p imo
