Have a read of Aimoracle earlier posts as he explains it clearly. However do your own research but my research shows we are undervalued and should be at 2/3p levels without news With news it’s game changing times imo

What funding issue applegarth?? Ebioss and btc is SEPARATE to EQT - the 4m loan were never pencilled in for EQT Per the RNS But to rectify Ebioss issues have a read of it on their website BTC involved in eqt would have been good however EQT has more than enough money and dont need more and IN FACT Ebioss losing their majority and majority voting rights will be the best thing to happen to eqt in some time - I’ve researched and experienced this share and all I can say is there is a Solid reason why the insititutions wanted a new board and plans. they knew Ebioss would be out of majority when they made the deal and hence imo why it went ahead. they want a fresh start and let the upside come to Fruition with deals and contracts

Exactly Aimoracle - eqt are in good hands with the institutional investors as they only want super multiples of current price and want the business to be growing to new heights Also they are fully funded now with solid investors and don’t need additional funding especially From the likes of Ebioss who are detrimental and don’t even have cash now it seems

Exactly endion - there are so many upside factors here it’s unreal Simply put we have long term institutional investors who never bailed on them from 5p to the lows (all because of Ebioss and their stupid decisions) and in fact invested further due to their due diligence and wanting a turnaround because of the potential here We have a new board members coming who will be much more competent than the current board Ebioss will lose majority and have no influence Contracts are due anytime

Aimoracle the first cobra contract will send the SP to the blooming sun forget the moon They only deal with huge contracts and enormous revenues hence why they are the global leader in EPC contracts They wouldn’t have signed an alliance with eqt if they didn’t see the huge huge revenue potential I’m excited and anticipating that the new board will deliver cobra contracts

Exactly we should be there anyway pre news given the fundamentals But hold tight we’re in for massive rise in the interim and longer term Remember the simple formula big institutional money + investment into a company = huge gains multiples of current levels So I suggest follow the big money We’re in for 2 year highs and new board members and growth plans first will be just the start of the news flow

exactly news can drop at anytime New board Growth plans Contracts (at least 2 per last rns) Ebioss losing majority which we all agree will allow new eqt board to work well with not interference Cobra alliance updates or more contracts This is a turnaround play just at beginning of journey With insititutions in for long term- we are in massive upside territory We should be at 2-3p without news and with news boom all bets are off 2 year highs 8p time

Icepck you do know this line is just from the 5th of July RNS - it’s not new and just stipulates when the conversion can happen With no money they can’t invest and would you want Ebioss in there without btc as their partner - hell no!! They messed up before and an independant board with no majority influence will be what’s best

icepicker - Ebioss don’t seem to have much cash or finance hence why they needed btc to loan them money. They won’t be able to further invest and based on my Research and experience in the share having been in it for a long time - it seems like Ebioss with their majority vote have caused the business downturn from 8p down to 3p to 0.3p and now thanks to the insititutions who have supported the company at 5p and now at these lower levels we are recovering and turning around and getting back to 2/3p levels we should be sat at. So once conversion occurs and Ebioss lose their majority vote but still have a sizeable chunk then I feel we can really move forward and use Ebioss as and when we need rather than them have influence It allows new board members to run the business as they like That’s my opinion and researched knowledge

So essentially today nothing has changed for EQT 1. We have financing in place approx 3m with top insititutions who have supported the company for years from the 5p era. (Btc Would have been a nice bonus for us but in reality eqt is fully financed without them given said financing above) 2. These institutions will only want the company to grow to many multiples and highs of where we currently sit so there is complete longevity with them and we have seen they have supported EQT through thick and thin so in it for long haul 3. Pre bercheva we were at 2-3p comfortably and that was without solid financing - now we have have we should be back there and so are very undervalued where we sit 4. We have plenty of news to come and the insitituions have made it a point turnaround the company through: i) management changes - we have been in need for this for years as current management have crippled the company and new fresh competent blood will maximise potential and contracts etc for this company ii) growth optimisation plans - to publicly announce this is a sign of confidence from eqt and the insititutions meaning there is a master plan in place to get back to highs and beyond iii) contracts - eqt has always secured contracts but now with new board and investors - they will be able to maximise and start projects and bring the revenue in . The alliance with ACS cobra will enable them to secure huge contracts - with better team at EQT coming then this is much more likely to happen sooner rather than later 5. Once conversion happens Ebioss will have no majority anymore and no power and in a way that will benefit eqt as now they will be solely independent and can now make competent decisions under new management without interference from Ebioss. Lots to come and follow the fundamentals and big money imo

Agreed Mike - with financing for EQT already in place and as per RNS for EQT dated 5th July we’ve got loads coming up Contracts at least 2 Management changes Growth plans Cost reduction plans (as part of optimisation plans) I assume further market commutation like interviews Going to be a great period - always stick to fundamentals imo

How have they delayed financing?? I think many people here don’t understand how it works - the insitituions have already paid for their shares - the money is in the bank of eqt. The only delay is conversion which is on Friday Simple

Can someone send me a link to this RNS for Ebioss ? Someone did a translation here however I want the original link and it isn’t on the Ebioss website as last information was dated 25 July and they are prompt I think someone has been spoofing us all - please send me a link

Eqtec do have financing in place and the investors would have already sent money across as it protocol in such deals so as to get their shares when they convert - they would have to pay them and then after the lapsed time (which is Friday) then they can convert so Eqt have funds already in place To all - Please read the 5 July rns very carefully and understand how these investments work Also Ebioss are not EQT - after Friday they are not the majority holder but they are simply a large holder under 50% so whether they have funds or not doesn’t matter to EQT as EQT have their own money and are SEPARATE to Ebioss. Also Ebioss are sorting out financing of their own next Wednesday so nothing to panic for Ebioss holders here. EQT has plenty of cash as per rns 5 July

Just to let everyone know that Eqtec have their own financing agreement in place of up to 2.4m and 1.5m so they are fully funded for the year and don’t require extra financing. Please read the RNS dated 5th July EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), the technology solution company for waste gasification to energy projects, announces that it has entered into arrangements in respect of the provision of new loan facilities for up to US$3.2 million (approximately GBP2.4 million), an equity investment of GBP1.15 million They don’t need funding from Ebioss The Ebioss BTC deal was exclusive for that and never once did it say it would be used for EQT as EQT board is separate from Ebioss and Ebioss won’t have control anymore. It would have been good to get extra funding as more money is good but EQT DONT NEED IT - given they have enough of their own as stated above in the RNS extract from 5 July

Actually as usual people don’t read the rns properly A never once did it say on any market report that the BTC money to Ebioss will go to EQT m. Ebioss and EQT are two separate entities which have twonseorte boards. EQT are financed through the recent deals with the investors ie Origen Altair Cuart etc and have nothing to do with Ebioss As we’ve established once they convert Ebioss doesn’t even have majority ownership. BTC deal was purely to finance Ebioss and sort it’s own debt out etc but not to fund EQT. Otherwise BTC could have done it themselves and funded eqt directly Massive over reaction now - everyone stick to fundamentals of the stock imo

Well that is changing - Conditions of the investment are that management changes and plans are established Btc coming on board would be brilliant for the fact they know how to run the business and so I can foresee many more contract wins etc ADDITIONALLY - I have checked all the major RNS for eqt and there is NO condition or clauses saying Ebioss have rights to convert or dilute at same price as others etc. Not a single mention of them at all - i believe it’s a lie to spook honest investors . Agreed endion that’s the point - I’ve seen it several times before on other companies where by there has been dilution yet it hasn’t affected the share price as they haven’t sold and held for the long haul. I think what people forget is that this is not retail or traders who have funded the company who are after a quick buck. These guys are serious investors and want to make companies prosper and get serious returns on investments similar to VCs etc. In fact very few companies on AIM have this type of investment/investors which provides me with a lot of confidence that the turnaround is very real and that eqt has something special about it but it was mismanaged which the investors are rectifying. Big money insitituions will do far more due diligence and research and than you and I would and so I follow the big money. Just like if btc loan or buy into eqt - we will get all excited because they are big insitituion who will be in it for the long haul - having Altair and Origen etc is no different. They all have same mentality and goals. To get 15-20 times their investment which bodes very very well for us

Totally agreed Aimoracle with this analysis. The insititutions invested have been supporting the company for years since the 5p days. They have always wanted to company to prosper however current management decisions did not allow this to occur. Now with their further recent investment they have stipulated that they want management changes and growth plans by this logic it shows they are in it for the long haul as they know the potential for eqt and the level it can reach. I believe they will convert their shares and hold until they reach many multiples of where we are as insitituions are in it for a ‘bag’ but treat it as an invesmenet and will want to see it around 10-20p before selling so they are in it for the Long haul. Now this meeting is interesting as it seems all parties with major stakes are involved in discussions for the future of eqt. My hunch is that BTC will now get involved much more through Ebioss. So much going on and it’s a very exciting time for the company Bring on: Growth plans Cost reduction plans Management changes Contracts Within 4-6 months 8p party here we come imo
