Exactly - the rns yday was very positive imo, why would they delay their cinversion unless something big enticed them to delay. I feel Blacktoro and Ebioss are going to get further involved in EQT. Given that the company is in turnaround mode and cheap to invest in at the moment before the news flow drives the SP higher - I feel they want to get involved etc as soon as possible News is coming and this was specifically requested by the 3 insititutions 1. Growth plans 2. Management changes And the company has said contracts are due soon too

Yes endion- I remember when this RNS came out - it’s fantastic news all around imo we need the change in management as a priority soon as the previous management are not the most competent The new management will allow all these contracts and mous to come to fruition I feel in a cost effective way In think this is why the institutions who invested put a clause in there for the new management and growth plans so they can see their massive investment see many multiples of current levels Remember we haven’t even hit Pre bercheva levels yet of 2-3p and we are much more solid than then

It’s bloody good technology and important for the future with Uk and european countries especially focussing in clean energy and waste management solution which eqt tech does both What I love is that it is patented and that we have Ian Pearson on the board who was ex environmental minister so he def will be utilised for deals in Uk and government

Agreed it’s a positive rns in my books Blacktoro are involved in Ebioss who initially had majority share in EQT and now they don’t. In my opinion their dealings with Ebioss were motivated to get to EQT- Ebioss though generating tiny revenue and have a huge loss aren’t really going to go places and rely on eqt imo as their main lifeline business in the group. Currently under the new structure Ebioss do not have a majority nor influence at Eqtec to make decisions as they don’t have majority vote on the board and it will take an enormous amount of investment to get the majority back. They frankly don’t have the cash to it given they don’t make much money and got BTC to finance them. BTC for me, it makes sense will become the majority shareholders of EQT by openly investing and getting a stake in Ebioss and using both eqt and Ebioss together for future growth and development. In the group structure eqt is the golden child given they can get contracts worth upto 70m and have ACS cobra alliance (largest EPC contractor in world) So it makes sense to me and many others that this is probably the game plan of btc - btc get their stake in ebioss Btc get the blessing of Ebioss to get the majority stake in eqt and essentially run the company (through stake in Ebioss and open market etc) In the loan agreement Ebioss guaranteed on shares in its subsidiary ie eqt Ebioss and BTC now have together a very largest proportion of EQT And a healthy working realtionship and Ebioss with benefit from the profit and revenues etc having btc run eqt (which btc can make many multiples of current levels) So it’s a win win Now it seems as though today’s RNS may add more fuel to this. Now the other institutions hold a large % holding and will want to be actively involved in the future of the business and there is no rush to convert so they simply delayed until this meeting is over. Nothing negative at all and in fact I find it a v positive sign that they are happy to delay.

Seems like when it’s a red day the trolls and keyboard warriors all of a sudden come of the wood work not to do anything but add negativity and their own spin on things. Fact of the matter there are a few staples here through it all and have provided USEFUL, INFORMATIVE, CONSTRUCTIVE and DISCUSSION on here. We may not all agree with everything but we all have a singular focus to share and provide research and constructive opinions no blind ramping or deramping. Now the staple I see it (I apologise for anyone I missed) is Aimoracle, luthercorp, endion, dd79 and a couple more - I’ve learnt a lot, debated with these guys and it’s been great and the board was brilliant. Now ppl with agendas have arrived and decided to change the board and thats not on. Either troll elsewhere like twitter but not here.

Agreed yoshie I think the delay shows very positive signs in that they are willing to delay conversion as there is a bigger story in play right now and all parties are working on something That’s the difference between retail and Institution - institution will delay for the betterment of the company and for the long term. Retail care about themselves and day movements. That’s a cracker of an RNS right there So the insitituions invested want to delay conversion to discuss with Ebioss regarding the recent Blacktoro financing essentially. Looks like Blacktoro are coming to town now why else would you want to delay conversion?? I think there is going to an massive infusion of investment from Blacktoro and of course the Institutions are going to delay conversion and wait. Yes they focus on Spain however never once do they say they solely invest in spanish companies and the reason the focus on Spain is due the owner manager trend there but that doesn’t negate them to just Spain In fact their founders have worked and invested globally and have a wealth of experience. They are more than willing to make money elsewhere as most business men are - Ebioss may have introduced them to eqt when dealing with them in February When they had a majority shareholding. Now i don’t see how btc wouldn’t pass up a massive opportunity given they are masters of turnaround plays just because it isn’t spanish and they never said they are Spain exclusive.

Yes aimoracle I’m on the same wave length as you and several others realising that there is a massive buyer in the background We all can establish from the buying patterns that this is an institution buying. And you said the two leading candidates are Ebioss or Blacktoro Ebioss have a minority stake now at 35% or so and will be keen to increase to get to their majority However more likely is Blacktoro at play here, I feel Ebioss will be willing to forgo this majority and keep a lower stake in eqt if Blacktoro come in and get their major stake in Ebioss (as per feb rns) and given the recent loan of 4m this is the path we are on it seems. Additionally Blacktoro will want the major revenue generator eqt in their portfolio and have the means and resources to maximise the alliance with Cobra and get the 70m contracts over the line and generate those revenues. Ebioss would leave decisions and work with Blacktoro as they know they don’t have the capabilities to do what Blacktoro can do to eqt and would be willing to take a 20% stake in a 300m Euro company than 50% in a 70m company. That’s my thoughts and I’m excited for this ride

Yep best thing is news can land anytime now For starters Contacts New management/ board changes Growth optimisation plans Who knows what else they got lined up - big institutions wouldn’t have invested otherwise This is primed for the best levels and we still undervalued as not even at Pre bercheva levels of 2-3p and I’m expecting us to zoom past that to new highs

Thanks predator - there are several great factual posters in the group , namely luthercorp, endion, dd79, Aimoracle And Others who always justify their beloved with research. I think you’re being too ominous saying that end of today’s trading will set tone for future which of course is not correct imo given that there is a lot of newsflow to come as stated in last rns and imo the buy action over last two weeks for me indicated that there is a bigger story here involving insititutional buys. (FYI - All those from the lows of .3 etc are long gone as they were all shaken out at .8 after part of the cln was redeemed and mou was announced. ) Additionally I’m not interested in daily price movements as for anyone with researched knowledge they know this is a medium term 4-6month play. I will follow the big money involved here as that is where I feel the serious gains are to be made.

Mike - it’s meant to be 3.2p and that was the pre bercheva levels. Bercheva was a poor form of finance the company undertook and unfortunately reduced the price down to its lowest. However since then the company has been in a massive turnaround They announced a 20m MOU and got instisituions to buy out the poor form of financing and they invested significantly. Now as part of that deal the institutions have stipulated that they want board changes, growth plans and the company announced that new contracts are due. In reality now that we have serious long term investors in the company who are supporting the company we should already be back to pre bercheva levels of 2-3p and with the news coming and further growth this imo will turnaround and get to the 2 year highs in next 4-6 months.

However you missed the basic point illustrated by others here - it is insitituions this time in the placing NOT retail punters. Origen and co are very serious investors if you look at their history and have supported EQT for many years. They aren’t in it for a small gain to them for 100% they want to hit several multiples of where we are and are in it for the long haul. That’s the difference between retail and insitituion - insitittuion make big money into huge money and retail make small money into smaller money. Why else would they have called for imminent manegement changes and GROWTH plans as part of their investment. Additionally they saved the company through buying out bercheva. That is clear as day they are in it for the long haul but people fail to read and pick up on this. I can almost guarantee that institutions like them will be holding tightly onto their investments. But people learn the hard way in AIM hence why a small minority make serious gains. I foresee this gaining a lot of traction soon and we will head back to pre bercheva 2-3p and with all the news coming: management changes, growth plans and contracts

It’s instituional money Phiggy87 - they are long term investors and will only want huge returns ie many multiples of where we are and looking at their history and with EQT this is the case, they’ve supported them for years. Guarantee no effect imo

Because sellonnews if you read my response then you can see plain as day why they have much more vested interest in acquiring EQT over allegence with Ebioss and they aren’t going against Ebioss as they have only given a loan so far which will allow Ebioss to become debt free and turn itself around and gives guarantees is terms of shares in subsidiaries ie EQT. It’s a way to clear the path imo to take over Ebioss or get a significant chunk of it as mentioned in past RNS Ebioss don’t have a majority share holding any more in EQT. You tell me what benefit really does having Ebioss in the portfolio of BlackToro do for Blacktoro? None really and it doesn’t fit their portofilio of businesses or turnaround plays. they barely turn over 2m and are a huge loss maker without much growth potential and their biggest asset imo is their shares in EQT, which we all know can dwarf Ebioss in the long run with its 70m contacts and deal with ACS Cobra. Blacktoro making a play for both EQT open market and the Ebioss shares in EQT for me makes a lot of sense long term for Blacktoro The strong buy action has been nonstop for few weeks now and we all agree it’s not retail Doing that but rather insitituional. Big money follows big money. With big institutions already invested in EQT ready for many multiples of the current SP, now others are alert and aware of such.
