Yes they are happy to delay their conversion so as to work on plans for the future - pretty simple There’s no spinning it - it’s all there. All parties are aligned for betterment of eqt and having insititutions like Origen and Altair in the fold is huge and couple that with btc/Ebioss (who won’t use that 4m for eqt as that is not part of the agreement per rns) there is something big going on for eqt imo

Yes agreed so they are now equity holders post conversion which will dilute Ebioss holding further. I’m fully aware and have done my research so all the angles here My educated view is that this is a meeting to work out the plans going forward and management change etc Also for Ebioss/btc alliance to start investment and working with the insititutions for betterment of eqt as all support the company long term

Yes agreed Luther - we should be moving on up to new recent highs and getting those pre bercheva levels soon

I don’t agree with that hypothesis I think it’s a meeting to discuss the future plans of eqt amongst the biggest stakeholders in the company Remember Altair have supported eqt since the 5p days so they are in it for the long haul not for small dips and gains hence why they insisted in growth plans and management changes

Agreed we should have been about 30% up from 1.5 yesterday so about 2p after yesterday’s news and now people have woken up to how positive it was This is going to rally now going forward to get to those pre bercheva levels imo

Yes we are en route to pre bercheva levels of 2-3p and frankly had people understood the news yesterday we would be well on our way to there In reality we should already be at those levels but with lots of news flow to come we will be flying past those in the next 4-6 months hitting our 2 year high 8p imo

So we’ve got Ebioss/BTC and the institutional investors meeting this week it seems which I can only imagine them strategising over plans going forward for EQT getting input from BTC for the growth plans and best way to proceed is my bet alongside potential BTC\ebioss collaboration to invest significantly into EQT and add BTC ppl to the board Looking at btc history they know how to maximise business output and make them leaders which market EQT are in are in dire need of. Coupled with Cobra alliance we can get our 2 year highs even off one major contract which I wouldn’t put it past them to achieve soon Contracts Management changes Growth plans BTC/Ebioss investment or takeover My isa going to be looking good

But the key is to do research, understand the fundamentals and think laterally about all the commercial situations as it pertains to the business. And they’ll be buying back in soon - predictable these guys are I can see where this is going - 2-3p pre bercheva levels and then boom time with all the contact news etc set to come 8p and 2 year highs

Well it was expected to rise significantly yesterday given that the news yesterday was actually very good but the majority who read it didn’t properly and now it’s digesting Start of our ride to 8p 2 year highs

The insittiuonal buyer timed this so well - he knew retail won’t understand the good news at first and waited and now is hoovering everything available I stand by my conviction and will follow the big money moves here

Exactly I do find it it very telling that Blacktoro were mentioned in the RNS yesterday so for me something major is happening in the background. It seems as though all the big stakeholders are working towards making the business grow and get things flowing again. Hence why they are all meeting. I wouldn’t be surprised if BTC are there too in the meeting as they are most likely to get involved either through collaboration with Ebioss or as a separate party to invest themselves. It proves to me that insitituional investors are in it for the long haul (and given Altair have been involved since the 5p days ) - and that they had to announce the delay in conversion as a formality but weren’t bothered about converting as they are in it for long term and a few days means nothing in grand scheme. I’m anticipating even more positive newsflow to come from this. Contracts New board Growth plans Who knows what else ??? Exciting time ahead for us holders

Yes as they have been for the last few weeks - it won’t stay at these levels for long and given we were at 1.5 yesterday and in fact nothing has changed then it should return there imminently In fact we are one day closer to newsflow Period starting - like Pringles once it’s pops it won’t stop - and our ISA and trading accounts will be reaping the rewards for our intelligent holding

Exactly all the sheep have sold out and will be locked out again when we back up to previous levels and have to buy higher We haven’t even been back to where we should be at this juncture of pre bercheva levels of 2-3p big buyer in background obviously back at these levels to swoop up some more and then we have news flow coming In the next 4-6 months we’re going to see this price and laugh when we’ve hit our 2 year highs of 8p
