Ignore that person as he was a troll trying to deramp - they’ve been reported to lse The shares will be issued but they can’t sell them easily as they have a long orderly market agreement meaning strong restrictions on selling Additionally you need to look who hold the shares. It’s the main long term investors - who enforced strict conditions on eqt to get new management and growth plans. They won’t sell unless it’s many times the share price and the company has grown significantly as they have been supporting eqt for many years even when it was 5p years ago. It’s in safe hands there and best is to research the investors and get clarity yourself

So we’ve seen the new CEO with vast experience come in on time as promised We’ve also gotten over the line with the investors as now we are fully funded We also got growth plans approved meaning investors see long term growth (hence the condition the imposed) So imo the company needs to next announce Growth plans Further management changes Then per the last rns and 5 July Acquisitions have been mentioned so this could be of a revenue generating business or something similar Contracts (2 mentioned recently and last mou was 20m) Start/execution of projects which means revenue coming For me there is so much at play for 4-5 months and the big bull sign was the insititutions investing and also the liberium rating for buy and 3p (before news) Eqt have got goals to get to this turned around and imo 2 year highs can be reached just though contacts alone but the other additions can make it get there much faster imo

Yes of course it will be - pre bercheva it was 2-3p and liberium brokers say 3p But longer term ie 4-5 months it should be much higher I’d say 8p - as I feel we will generate revenues and get projects started alongside aquisitions etc per the recent rns’s they have emphasied acquisition so I think that’s coming which is always good (let’s hope it brings revenues in)

I totally agree oracle - I’ve done a lot of dd into this company and I love the sector too so I’m really pleased to have invested Also glad to have met good researchers too as I’ve picked up loads of information and knowledge here from likes of you markshares endion chilston luthercorp etc I hope those who just bash the share and are OUT then don’t need to post in here anymore as that’s spam and I’m sure the lse board monitor this activity a lot

Exactly my line of thinking - let them short - Follow the big money and then also newsflow to come will eliminate them and benefit us when they buy their position I’m so happy and long with my investment here - I’m not too concerned by derampers or ppl saying bad things about me given that I have presented a lot of balanced facts and research and have conviction Really sad to see the hate amongst the holders here because everyone wants the company to do well but people either have egos bashed and will attack others or just are bitter - needs to stop and everyone work together

Big buys coming in - news on several fronts can drop at any time In my opinion Follow the big insititutions they are here for the long term and that’s what I am doing They’ve already made more progress than Ebioss or anyone to date given that they ensured a new ceo and that they want further top manegemnt changes They’ve removed the previous lacklustre ceo and got an industry expert in as new ceo So I expect the growth plans will also be extremely positive and play a big part of the first steps of the turnaround Further we have more management changes , contracts, aquisitions - all of which will grow eqt into the 2 year highs imo

Agreed trough - this share moves up rapidly - it’s a tightly held stock and not much freefloat Imagine when a contract lands now - will move up like crazy

I’ve been using twitter myself and have come to the conclusion that Doc has an agenda and in fact has shorted it in my opinion historically given he was majorly slamming it and then when it was cheap traded it Doing same tactics now as I saw on different boards him doing the same thing under the guise of alternate accounts and deramping it I looked into it and he was exposed by others on twitter and so has agenda to slam their stocks but also he’s in alliance with someone who has invested in company with similar tech to eqt and so wants to deramp eqt and promote his own trade My 2 pence on it and don’t want to discuss further Eqt on massive turnaround we’ve just begun the rise

Facts are facts and research shared is all that it is these insititutions are long term holders and investors since the 5p says They ENSURED that specific tough conditions were adhered to before they financed eqt further Conditions being a change at the top and growth plans Both indicative of medium term//long term growth and investors in it for the long haul Eqt delivered - New Ceo , more changes to come and growth plans approved by investors We’ve got aquisitions coming up which likely can be a revenue Generator, more contacts and start of projects which means revenue There is so much here on the upside and facts you can’t chnage and that’s what I’m sticking with Fundamentals + facts

That would have been board approved Too with Ebioss having most votes so now they don’t have majority voting rights And with new ceo in charge we won’t get such boneheaded decisions anymore Bring on growth plans + aqusitions + contracts

Mct- They hold about 37% and not majority voting rights. They do not hold significant influence anymore and can easily be outvoted in the board and with the insititutions having major influence given their finance conditions were met - we can assume Ebioss are pretty much null and void.
