Endion good fair post I think based on the fundamentals we have and the fact that the company so far has delivered (ie management changes and satisfying finance conditions) that we are in turnaround. I’m treating the company as almost new as of the 5july rns. Of course the company has to deleiver but as this is more of an investment, I want things to be done properly and so am patient Lots to come imo

It would only dip really if the insititutions decided to sell which they won’t given the reasons luthercorp said I think scare tactics are coming out again shorters And sellers need to change their approach It’s ok - we’ve plenty of news to come Growth plans management chnages Aqusitions CONTRACTS Very comfortable where we stand now and going forward

Agreed redundancy and pigglider There is exponential room for growth here at eqt with all the growth plans, contracts etc I think the pr machine and newsflow will begin properly in the next week or so when Ian has settled But for me I’m more confident because of the investors / insititutions as I feel here will be no selling they held since 5p plus. They could have forward sold ages ago and havent given the price has risen since the announcement back in July 5th they wanted to push positive mamagment and growth strategy forward and made it imperative to do achieve the finance if thats not a sign of a long term imvestor then i dont know what is. Historically judge them. It looks great here imo with a tiny free float and lots to come Sellers will be getting locked out soon and shortened burnt

Redundancy I think they will do the interview and PR train soon - we’ve all got to give them a little time to let Ian settle in his new role and I’m sure they’ve thought about this I look forward to seeing what he has to say esp given his brief statement in the rns Looks like he wants to get stuck into things straight away

In fact we were at 2-3p before the mess of the bercheva CLN Which now thankfully has gone and we are like you said very secure financially and have long term investors For me this current price range we are in makes no sense and liberium capital concur too. Agreed luthercorp - the last MOU with Vietnam PT Citra Metro Jaya Energi Power Plant was worth 20-22m euros from that announcement the stock went up over 100% I believe One of those will re rate this massively also given addition factors now that the stock is tightly held and there limited free float

Bodes very well - demand is very strong imo with ppl paying premiums to get their orders filled Blue day inbound imo

1.17 being paid for just 200k shares now when ask is 1.15 Demand is there massively

Ebioss the previous parent and majority shareholder now has about 37% and no more control of the board and this is good news as they were the drivers of poor decisions at eqt in the past and they are INDEPENDENT from one another 2. Other board members - Ian Pearson is a previous minister of environment in Uk and will have several contacts to leverage off alongside Ian Price who has the practical and commercial knowledge and execution ability 3. The industry has several needs for this technology waste management and clean energy EQT has a patented 2 in 1 solution in a market in dire need of a leader which eqt can become 4. Cobra alliance - they are a multi billion dollar company who are the world leaders of epc contracting ( the type eqt use) this alliance will allow huge contract wins - coupled with new board and finance - this is likely imo to happen sooner rather than later 5. Investors are insititutions who are here for the long term and have supported eqt for years (since 5p levels) they believe in the company and will ensure top growth and many multiples from here like most insititutions do when they invest
