It’s not an out voting situation - it’s a ‘we don’t have enough shares to have a majority’ situation - ifrs 10 clearly states you need a majority of shares to have majority voting rights Also Ebioss don’t have sufficient cash to further invest and eqt won’t give shares for free to them and so Ebioss just hold a large % of shares about 37% but aren’t even a parent to Eqt - merely an associate which means % profit share that is all Please don’t come to board with nonsense - research and back up

Cobra alliance - they are a multi billion dollar company who are the world leaders of epc contracting ( the type eqt use) this alliance will allow huge contract wins - coupled with new board and finance - this is likely imo to happen sooner rather than later 5. Investors are insititutions who are here for the long term and have supported eqt for years (since 5p levels) they believe in the company and will ensure top growth and many multiples from here like most insititutions do when they invest

Contracts per the RNS on 5 July contracts are being worked on and like the last MOU (20m) announced where the stock rose over 100% in 2 days is an example of the size they come in 2. Growth plans - this will set the vision of the company and what the new ceo has planned. This was essential for the investors and thus must be very positive for them to accept it 3. Acquisitions - per Ian price on last rns and rns 5 July - these are coming soon - they will be important for the financial and operation side of eqt imo 4. Further management changes Contract news can drop at anytime as per eqt history 1. EU contract news 2. UK contract news 3. Cobra Alliance contract news 4. Start/execution of projects

As it’s a nice Friday afternoon - wanted to share research I did for some light reading for everyone - posted before but always good to share The Price Current SP and Mcap are currently very undervalued 1. we should be sitting between 2-3p as this was the pre bercheva cln level 2. this is corroborated by Liberium capitals broker note say rating of buy and that the SP should be at 3p (this was before news) So in reality we should be returning to these levels in short order With news it should catalyst this to there and beyond that further news will take us much beyond those levels As there is not much stock about and it’s being held very tightly - it should gap up very well. I see it as 2-4 month investment so by then I feel we will hit 2 year highs of 8p
