Anyway back to EQT NOW not the past. No stock about and Indicated by luthercorp and Aimoracle yesterday at close. As one can see tiny purchases causing a rise. This is ready and primed imo for incoming news and given tiny free float it will just gap up and up. Eqt are an independant company in terms of influence by others and no longer a subsidiary to anyone per ifrs 1 (accounting standards) as no one has 50%+ voting rights Further new management is on its way and additionally it was Ebioss who gave final approval/made decisions for all things eqt previously and now They are not in control as don’t have majority voting rights . This is the start of the turnaround as indicated by new ceo and further changes and news to come imo

The reason it fell was poor financing agreement by previous board and Ebioss approving . It was a CLN which wasn’t in favour of the company. HOWEVER NOW the insititutional investors have saved the company with their long term investment by getting rid of the CLN and provided sufficient funds for the company so they are fully funded for foreseeable future. They also enforced a change in management ie new CEO so that real change and good decisions will be made for eqt, unlike previous management. also they have ensured Ebioss are not a factor anymore as they are now diluted and don’t have majority voting rights. Trough you sold out and Aimoracle bought you out so why are you even here anymore - no tricks and no games because the well informed won’t fall for it.

The industry has several needs for this technology waste management and clean energy EQT has a patented 2 in 1 solution in a market in dire need of a leader which eqt can become 4. Cobra alliance - they are a multi billion dollar company who are the world leaders of epc contracting ( the type eqt use) this alliance will allow huge contract wins - coupled with new board and finance - this is likely imo to happen sooner rather than later 5. Investors are insititutions who are here for the long term and have supported eqt for years (since 5p levels) they believe in the company and will ensure top growth and many multiples from here like most insititutions do when they invest

So bringing to back to EQT let’s see what we know so far The Price Current SP and Mcap are currently very undervalued 1. we should be sitting between 2-3p as this was the pre bercheva cln level 2. this is corroborated by Liberium capitals broker note say rating of buy and that the SP should be at 3p (this was before news) So in reality we should be returning to these levels in short order With news it should catalyst this to there and beyond that further news will take us much beyond those levels I see it as 4/5 month investment so by then I feel we will hit 2 year highs of 8p
