@scroding / Noel. I dont think anyone here is to make friends. But to share opinions based on whatever strategy you use. whether that be charts, fundamentals / both or a crystal ball.
I had supported the idea that the charts are pointing to a possibility of it hitting the mid 12p and even as low as mid 9p.
However I also agree that on the daily TF the SP is consolidating and plateauing for a nice reversal but that doesn't mean that the SP couldn't spike down which is common for SL hunting and for MM to liquidate so they can start loading up on their LONGS/BUYS.

No advice given, for those who are taking shots. I hope you lose all your investment in TLW. Hell i hope you lose your house and dog. I'm doing fine thanks, i'll keep sticking to my rule based strategy compounding my profits whilst you still wishing and hoping on dogma!

Some seriously brain dead people in this BB. They really need to learn to read. I get that I'm a target for having a different of opinion. But this is the real world snowflakes. The is more than 1 opinion. Rocklawn made a bad decision when he said he just bought 500000k shares in Feb.
And he claims to of been a T20 trader for his sins. Where was his experience and knowledge in knowing that the SP in Feb was going to go up. To me it screams down, as that has been the trend.

@latpull now that you've read the Will & Shempsky SP opinions on 8p and 6p are you going to have a go at them at their cloud cuckoo predictions. Didn't think so!

@will, are you saying it's going to make an ATL of 6p? I'm even sceptical of 8p but that's just my opinion.

The downward trend had been in freefall before Covid (Nov 19), official lockdown was in March 20 yet the SP spiked up so i personally dont see it as taking advantage as for me it's the sentiment of the how the market views TLW as a business.

@Will1734. Btw you can also use tradingview for free but it limits you to one chart and a couple of indicators.

My strategy is not 100%, No strategy is! In my early trading days i've blown my account twice. At the moment my AMD trade is going not the right way i expected due to the release of their Ryzen 3 CPU's. My bad I should of waited for the release before i opened a position. I still hold the opinion that the SP will retrace to allow me to make a profit. However money management I have a SL in place. Making money is the game here, whether you are a long term investor or a day trader or both. I am both!

@will1734, i have a paid subscription to tradingview.com this gives me all i need for charting . My trading account/broker i also use as the BID/ASK price will always be different with brokers, but mostly to setup up orders with SL and TP.

if, probably, maybe.....not sure what school you went to to learn English but the meaning does NOT mean 'definite'. The charts are just me playing around not a prediction.
However i stand by my point that the SP is crossing the fibonacci line. (If you don't know what Fibonnaci is then i suggest you look it up)

@young engineer, please pull up a quote that i said the SP will definitely hit 12p?!
Let me show you what i have posted in my tradingview published post. This time try to read it carefully and not twist the narrative. Pay attention to the dates of when i posted and where I expected the SP to be allowing me to pick entry/exit points for profit. 'If' such and such happens in my criteria then the probablity is high this then allows me to open a short or long.

The pattern the SP has shown is that it rises to the previous resistance then falls again to it's ATL or evevn lower. That's not to say it willl do it this time but you never know as TLW is not in a healthy position with it's debt and credit rating.

Comment: SP has still stayed below the major resistance line (Blue) and has also crossed below the weekly TF (Black). It remains to be seen if it will rise to be rejected at the weekly or cross and stay above.
Good opportunities to top up and lower your average, however I'm still cautious on the viability of TLW with it's commitments to raise cash from asset sales and lower expenditure.

SUPPORT1 = 26.40p
SUPPORT2 = 24.50p

Comment: If the SP crosses SUPPORT2 it now becomes Resistance (R1). A number of scenarios could play out after that.

1. cross back over to become support then make its way back up
2. cross back over then back down again (dead cat bounce)
3. attempt to cross over but get rejected (this could happen a number of times) before it either crosses over R1
4. attempt to cross over but get rejected a number fo times but then fall further down to SUPPORT3 (20.34 and probably lower to 16.11, 12.45)

Volume just doesn't support market sentiment to BUY at this moment.

Comment: SP hit 13.4 so target was reached if you opened a SHORT position.

Currently the SP is between the 0.786 -0.618 of the Fib tracement. Who knows where it will go from here.
For me I'm looking for the SP to go above the 0.5 of the Fib line for it to make a higher low to even consider opening a Long. Price action I would like to see a close above 20p to then retest the resistance of 19.4 and get rejected to then go above the 22p to start looking at Long entries.

@rocklawn, it makes me laugh at posters like you. bc it just points out that you've had no formal training into TA and charting.
So far to date, ALL of my TLW positions that I've opened and closed have ALL been in profit based on my TA. I'm not making predictions like i said 'it's NOT an exact science', however using the right tools allows me to compile a strategy that when all the criteria is met i can chose entry/exit (profit targets).

@torn, well played!
at the moment the SP is really fighting to stay above the 0.618 (known as the golden target) of the fib retracement. If the SP does dip below i would hope that it will be short lived.
I drew another 4yr chart (weekly TF) using more precise points than to my previos post of a parallel channel. Even though the uptrend is still very slight at the bottom of the channel, the channel to the top os much wider thus giving more opportuities for steep rises, spikes and a more natural stair stepping as the economy starts to rebuild itself.
It will be interesting to see which of the two playout. Then again it could be completely BS and my TA has gone to ****.
I'm not invested yet as I'm still waiting for the SP to go above 20p for me to see a clearer picture of the trend.
