Grand Court case lists for 7th-11th Jan are now on website. Can't see any mention of FRR v Hope though.
There's also an Appeal Court special sitting 14th-18th January, again no mention of FRR v Hope.

If Hope has been given until COP Cayman time on the Fri 28th Dec to file his fiduciary case defence, the case judge probably won't consider things until week commencing 31st Dec, then 1st Jan is a holiday. There are no Grand Court listings in the web site yet for w/c 31st Dec, and the ones for rest of this week (27th and 28th Dec) are Urgent Business only. May be all the lawyers from both sides have to be present in another hearing, once all evidence is available, either late this week or next week.
If Hope fails to submit defence (if he actually has a decent one) again by deadline this week, there's a possibility the judge can automatically award a default judgment to FRR. Unlikely, as Hope then had to pay $56million so IMO judge is/will trying/try to push for 2 sides to reach OOC settlement, before considering adjournment for a Grand Court trial. As others have said it focuses before sides' minds when the stakes of winning losing are so high.
First sitting of court of Appeal this year was 11th April 2018, for the Spring session, so possibly plenty of time until Injunction is considered in 2019.

Was thinking of topping up here, but given the recent evidence of creation/decrease of 'the' value of the company', think I'll invest £500 on Saxons Warrior on the Epsom Derby instead!
Looks like us long term sufferers may be rewarded at long last:-)
Got back into today at bargain placement prices. Lovely Jubbly Rodders, this time next..... :-)
RNS to explain >50% rise?
That's a good site. I've just read recent copies of the mid Wales local paper. When the Prime Minister visited the Royal Welsh show, he stated that a future conservative would curtail further windfarm development, when renewable power accounts for 10% of UK power. 5 windfarms are currently awaiting planning consent. The powerlines and hubs planned running east may be a constraint. The MP is trying to get Environment Secretary of State to review things. It may cause delays in the planning process.

I am currently visiting my parents who live in the Severn Valley, about 30 miles from REGs proposed Mynydd y Gwynt windfarm. As readership says, the Welsh Assembly are keen on windfarms, but the UK government and marginally held Montgomery's Tory MP less so. The natives are revolting :-) against associated power pylons and power Hubs that need construction to reach the National Grid. IMO, REHs application will go through, but maybe amendments will be needed to pacify the locals.
