Well that was a good spot from GGG - my assumption was that the dividend was 20% of FCF but strictly speaking it does not say that exactly. The other variable in trying to figure out the FCF from this RNS is what is the period they are talking about - is it estimated quarterly FCF ending March ? Again this is my assumption but its only and assumption.

It looks like they may have issued a new recommendation / target price but I cannot access. Anyone else seeing this ?

You are a tough cookie to figure out - you show contempt for anyone trying to express a view on i3e yet are unwilling to share any real insight yourself. Yet strangely you have posted one or two things on the RKH BB worth half a read though RKH has proven so far to be a real dog of a share.

As funny as Billy Connolly is - most people hear are interested learning something new about i3e - not random posts with Billy Connolly.

With respect - I don't think you have understood the RNS. On the Contrary - given how Investors analyze and over analyze - I think it is extremely carefully worded bearing in mind also that there is a detailed update due 2nd or 3rd week of April.

The dividend particularly as it is stated as 20% of FCF is very positive.

There is no guarantees, but I expect the April update to be more overtly positive.

I dont read the RNS like that at all - whilst maybe not what some were expecting, I think it was very carefully worded to address the Dividend issue, reaffirm guidance on the issues raised previously and leave the more detailed operational update for Mid April as per earlier RNS. I think it was designed merely to placate investors and tick the box as far a dividend goes imo.

The dividend appears to indicate that financial performance is at least as good as expected if not better as modeled by Mirabaud.

Well in will be interesting to see how i3E and ITE connect today. TSX open in about 5 minutes.

its only us long tern holders that are a bit frustrated. The SH of the other 95% of the stock bought in the 4-8p range think the BOD walks on water.

Us long term holders will also think the same if they add 5000 bopd production, get the farm out and pay the meaty dividend they have been promising

I can see them paying out a 5% dividend @ an SP of around 10p. It should be at least 0.5p, perhaps split in two and paid every 6 months (if the assets are performing inline with the Mirabaud report). The delay is baffling though - they've had over 3 1/2 months to sort it out since Majid reiterated i3e's intent in December.

as a UK investor - why would you want to de-list and trade just on the tsx???

500 boepd Gas adds about $2.3m of revenue & $0.54m of FCF
500 bopd Oil adds about $9.9m of revenue & $7.6 of FCF

That's using the blended Opex number. Opex may well be less for gas so FCF could be a little higher for gas . However, above does demonstrate the value of oil at current prices. Also GGG interesting as you say why they went for this first.
